I was completely blown away with the professionalism and friendly nature of the technician who came to fix our main-line sewer. Angel arrive earlier than promised, assessed the problem, explained how he would solve the problem and went to work. In less than an hour everything was back to normal. Thank-you Frassica and Angel!

Horrible service. This company was contracted to Southern California Gas for my outside gas line repairs. Don't USE the the SoCal Gas supplemental as INSURANCE . It worthless because you will over pay for any repairs you can do much better out of pocket. Frassica Plumbing is over charging for repairs to Southern California Gas.

I have a leak in my cieling, Frassica Plumbing was assigned by my insurance through so cal gas, On Monday it is now Wednesday. They gave me a window between 3pm and 7pm. I called them every hour to check the plumbers status. They said he was on time. I called at 7:50pm and was told that the plumber called at 7pm to say he wasn't going to make it. Now I wouldn't have known this if I wouldn't have called. They asked if I just wanted to reschedule. Of course it's no big deal to them. It's now 4 days with a leak. Frassica is basically unreliable. No work ethic.

A full report will be going out to BBB on account of Frassica Plumbing for inability to detect a leak, falsifying information between Homeserve and the client, hiring inexperienced 19-yo apprentices to work as technicians to ""play"" with plumbing and demolition of concrete; bad office people like Jordan etc, that pretend they are managers without any knowledge and harassed customers like myself as my tenants were suffering again and again from the leak that was never actually fixed. I was harassed and she hung up on me thrice. My tenants were without hot water for weeks while the leak detector specialist was on vacation Jordan told me and I had to wait until he returns. Still I have not heard back from any FRASSICA people.

this company is the worst company to do business with. They came out to do an insurance job to fix the pipes in October 2022 have not came back to do the backfill on the holes. they claim that the weather has been bad. That's the worst excuse ever heard in my life.

My insurance company hired this company to fix my leaky water pipe located in my yard. I later found out this company is based out of Corona but they serve other cities in So Cal. Heck of a drive. It took two attempts to fix my leak. A few of their guys tried to fix the issue but were unable to find the leak and referred the matter to their leak locator plumber. I came to my own conclusion to shut off my water and relocate for a night. They sent their leak locator specialist out, Brian, a few days out. He later located the leak and fixed it in a few hours. He double checked everything and cleaned up the area after. Nice guy. He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. Overall I am satisfied they fixed my leak albeit it took a few days. They also made it known they would fix my yard up to a certain point only.

I wish there were negative points. Homeserve sent them to do a gas check. They came and said they do not do gas checks and did nothing. I was bothered that they made me waste time. They should have not taken the service call from Homeserve if they do not do gas checks. I call Homeserve and Homeserve tells me Frassica told them they had replaced the gas valve and got paid. Frassica did nothing and billed. That is fraud. Watch out.
