Worst plumbing company ever, would not even snake the toilet because I just had to plunge it so it could be used and they didn't see an active clog. They were rude and disrespectful! Asked them to wait a minute before reentering my house and they did not comply. Do not waste your money or time!

Determine the gas leaks and repaired the line under the concrete. Cleaning after the work is done. Zach even caught the snake for us.

A little confuse about the pictures with water heater posted on Yelp. Code says it has to be elevated off the ground min. 18 and a drip pan underneath.

I just wanted to publicly recognize the work that Ryan at our home today. The level of professionalism was incredible. Ryan arrive on time and was extremely courteous. He took his time to diagnose the problem and took the progressive steps necessary to correct the problem. I usually do not post reviews, however this time is was more that warranted.

Thank you Ryan for your service at our home.

This company was dispatched by my home warranty and I was extremely satisfied. Day after I placed service request technician Ryan came to my house, diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day. One of the best experiences with plumbers dispatched through home warranty.
Thank you Ryan, Frassica and home warranty for choosing great company.

We thought our water heater was out. Our Home Emergency Insurance Solution Policy was called and they sent out Zack from Frassica Plumbing Services to check it out. He determined that it wasn't the hot water heater, but was a hot water leak under the house in the crawl space. He could have left after determining it wasn't the hot water heater, but he stayed and took a lot of time to actually determine that it was a leak and where it was located. Top notch employee!

Frassica Plumbing was sent by our home protection plan HomeServe. I had advised HomeServe and Jordan the Person that scheduled the appointment from Frassica Plumbing that we had a leak but did not know where it was and that I wanted a leak detection plumber to come out. We have a Flume Smart Water Monitor that sent me several alerts advising we had a leak. I shared this information with both HomeServe and Jordan @ Frassica Plumbing. When the technician arrived he just kept asking me questions versus him trying to locate the leak. I advised that I had asked for a leak detection team and he did not seem to know what he was doing. He never checked the entire house he only checked the downstairs bathroom and a couple of water lines outside. That was it. He came back and said he was not sure where the leak was but that he found a drip on one of my water lines that was connected to a water bowl. I asked him to please fix it. He left for 15 or so minutes and when he returned he said he the insurance would not cover the repair. I told him that I did not think that was accurate as I have every coverage offered by HomeServe but nonetheless I told him I would just pay for the repair out of pocket. Just needed the problem fixed. He said he could not fix the problem if it is not covered by the insurance. That to be was ridiculous. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager was not available. I called the office and was told by Jade that the repair was the technicians call. I advised her that he was refusing and she proceeded to say that was his decision and they were too busy due to the holidays. I expressed my displeasure with her comments and lack of customer service but she could care less. The technician left and I received a call from Jordan per my request to speak to a manager. She advised that they do not do any repairs outside of what is covered by the insurance. I replied that was ludicrous. How does a plumbing business come out to service an issue and leave without addressing and fixing the issue? Whether they get paid by the insurance or the customer it should not matter. They should never leave a customer hanging with an unresolved issue. Especially in today's environment and the fact that we have a major drought how can a company be so unethical as to leave a leak unaddressed even when I was fully willing to pay for the repair. I will never allow HomeServe to send Frassica out again and I will be making sure that anyone and everyone I reach is aware of their lack of customer service and environmental ethics!!! Awful experience!

I am 73 yrs old and occasionally need help with my home maintenance. I contacted my insurance carrier because of a leaking water line leading into my home. They contacted Frassica Plumbing. I expected for someone to come the next day and review the damage and present me with an estimate. Instead, I was notified that a technician was on his way. Alex arrived and wasted no time in detecting and repairing the damaged line. When he finished his work, he showed and explained what he had done and made some suggestions to improve the distribution of water on the rest of my property. I will definitely keep Alex and Frassica Plumbing on file for future plumbing needs. Thank you.

This is the most irresponsible plumbing company I've ever worked with. They had me remove the toilet, the tile, break the concrete only to find out they were wrong about the location of the broken pipe. They're now saying it's a different location. I had to hire a contractor to break up my bathroom only to learn they told me an incorrect location of the broken pipe. I've called 3 times, Dave was supposed to call me back. But according to the employees that work the phones they are too busy attending meetings. What about the customer? Shouldn't the customer be given priority, after all without customers you won't need to attend any meetings. I've been without a bathroom for 3 days so far, no one calls back. Needless to say we won't be using them ever again. I didn't even mention the thousands this is going to end up costing.
