We found out we had our old main water line break while we were landscaping our front yard. Our insurance company sent Jose from Frassica Plumbing and he and his helper were amazing! They had to deal with tree roots from a tree we had just removed. They worked nonstop for 2 days into the late evening (it was already dark and they were working with flashlights) to get everything just right. Jose is the most professional person we have ever dealt with. Kudos to Frassica for hiring him. My husband and I highly recommend them.

Worst company ever experienced. gas leak detected on Tuesday waited till today appt at 8am called said emercency had to reschedule till 3 at 330 called company and girl said 40 min away. A Hispanic man comes in takes 3 photos and then said once ins co sees report they go out for bids spent 5 min here. Terrible customer service and when I called the comoany back a different lady answered. I told her the Hispanic man showed up and we waited since Tuesday. Told her I would review on Yelp and she accused me of using a racial slur? Hispanic isn't allowed?

Last night we found out the water heater is not functional during shower. Then we called the company, and they came this morning around 9-9:30AM. Found the leaks, and removed the old heater (20+ years). Install the new one in 3 hours. So efficient! Nice job for Camron and his team. I will definitely let my friends use their service in the future.

My insurance company called Frassica Plumbing. They called and came ot on Sunday, with in 2 hours of their time line. Jeremy, did a great job unplugging our kitchen drain. He did a very thorough job.

This is a top notch company that does excellent work. I used them today for the 4th time and is first review as all jobs were completed in excellent fashion - one a major re-plumbing and today's service involved a major sewer line blockage that took 3 hours and was cleared by Zachery and excellent clean-up. Patrick from Frassica came to our house to unclog our sewer line, I am extremely impressed with the professionalism shown. He briefly reviewed insurance, explained the suspected problem, and promptly started working. Within 30 minutes he was completely done - he reviewed the job, tested the lines, & made me aware of how to spot future problems.
