George Frasier founded our company, and now Phil and Joanna Frasier, the fourth generation, carry on the legacy. The fifth generation is also involved in various roles within the company.
Our team feels like family, and we wouldn't be where we are today without the hard work of committed employees from our Rhinelander family. Many devoted team members from the Northwoods have contributed to making Frasier's the top home service company in Northern Wisconsin!
Phil Frasier, the fourth-generation owner of Frasier's Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling, is a Rhinelander native. He grew up working in the Frasier's shop. After returning to the area with his family in 1996, he started as a service technician, working his way up. Through dedication, he earned his HVAC certifications and ultimately his Plumber's License.
Phil partners with the Frasier's team to make certain that every customer has an exceptional service experience.

My 91 year old stepfather lost heat in part of his heating system. He called Frasier's and the service technician said that his entire heating system needs to be replaced and wrote out an estimate of $7,500. I suggested he get a second opinion. He called another company and the problem was a sticky valve which he replaced for $100. I found out the service technicians get a bonus for the amount they sell. I think the Fraiser guy thought my 91 year old stepfather was an easy mark. If you need to call these guys, make sure you get a second opinion.
Linda A.We had an emergency flood in our lake home. Frazier's was the only plumber in the area to answer the phone in winter conditions. Several companies that I left messages with never got back to me. Colton was at out house in about 25 minutes. He went above and beyond to get the water turned off. The water turnoff was in our basement which was flooded with 3 ft of water. The water was freezing, and yet he waded through it. He then was equipped with the drill to drill holes in the door to let the water out since the door was swollen shut. Great company! We used them before to install a furnace in the dead of winter, and other fixes, and they were always prompt and efficient.
Patricia P.Frasier's is so well run from taking my call regarding service to coming out when they said they would. And the work was done efficiently and with no mess. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
Kathryn M.Aaron came out to look at our water tank. He was able to remedy the problem and did a nice job. The bill was a shocker, but I guess that is what it costs to fix things. I am always looking at things from the standpoint of a teacher and what we make...sigh....should have been a plumber. It pays better.
Not our best experience with a service provider. Told the dispatcher specifically what part needed replacing on our furnace, provided pictures for part numbers etc. Job was not an emergency, but a failing bearing in an exhaust blower required a blower replacement. When the tech arrived, all of my trouble shooting was wasted and he started over. Tried to charge me a second service call to come back out after ordering the part. Eventually worked everything out but way more effort than it should have required - their rigid systems do not allow for meaningful customer input to help control costs. Everyone we dealt with was polite and courteous however.
Lawrence R.I'm glad I called Frasier's for our faucet and kitchen shut-off work. Gabe was outstanding. Our cottage is off the ""beaten path"" and Gabe arrived on time and ready to go! He listened and assessed the issue. Thanks for giving the costs up front. No surprises! Got the job done faster than I ever expected. Truly a pleasure to have a service tech who wore ""booties"" even when I told him it wasn't necessary. Plumbing issues?? Call Frasier's and ask for Gabe!
J H.Used their services for a thermostat replacement on a water heater. It stopped working immediately after the guy left (and I paid him $730). I called them back, he said he was off duty and couldn't help. I contacted another company and had them take a look. The thermostat was wired wrong. The second company fixed the mistake, and charged me another $190. Called Frasier's the next day, and explained the situation. They offer nothing to make things right. Once they have your money and they're out of there, don't expect any support back. They're website says they're a 'Trusted' source for plumbing and such in Central WI. I wouldn't trust them again. Call someone else.
Richard S.My older parents were charged way too much for their service. Thad to fight them with the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection Division in order to get a refund for over charging them. If you are an older person they will try to take advantage of you.
Called Frasiers for a pre season boiler check. The tech said everything was great charged us $300 and left. Three days later the boiler died. Called Frasiers and the tech came out another $100 and said we needed a inducer motor and would get back to us. One week later called and asked what was going on no one knew nothing about it, sent another tech out another $100 and said I needed a inducer motor and would order one . After trying to sell me a $15,000 new system. This started on Oct 29 and now they tell me they will be out here on Nov 21 to get it done. Wow northern WI no heat for 1 month and they act like I should kiss there butts and thank them for getting it done so fast. Worst company I have ever dealt with. You know how you feel after dealing with a used car salesman, thats how I feel . I will update to see if they finish the job ar how much longer I have to live in my house with no heat. After spending $2,000 so far you would think I would have heat but I don't.
Called on Monday to have 3/4 inch valve replaced.
Told they may be able to do Monday or for sure on Tuesday 10am to 12pm.
Called on Tuesday, they are way to busy doing insurance stuff and they couldn't get to me, but if I pay overtime they could come after 5 for $159 service call.
I say ok, I just need 1 valve replaced.
They come on Tuesday, the guy did 30 minutes of work. Charged me $552.82.
Highway robbery.
Find another plumber.
