In general, they are good. They came here very quickly and their worker was very warm-hearted. He helped me repair toilet as well as pick up much hair from bath. Howevethey don't have very detailed and clear price list so I felt a little surprised when the guy charged me 85 dollar after he just poked my toilet twice by a stick.

I called SoCal Gas to request a service technician to light the pilot for our heater today; I was told the next available appointment is on Jan. 5th--a whole month later. Not wanting to freeze for another month, I called Fraser's at 10:55am, and by 11:40am, the work was completed. The phone representative was extremely courteous, and the technician was similarly great. Cost was reasonable too! I had called Sears right before, and the cost of the mere diagnostic was more than what I paid Fraser's. I definitely recommend Fraser's.

Greg was a miracle worker! Showed up in less than an hour and fixed our old fixtures that we thought were broken for good! We will definitely be calling him again in the future.

They were great. I own an income property and two tenants were having a difficult to deal with backup of their shared sink drain. They came by within an hour on THE SAME DAY at no extra charge and promptly handled it. I will be using them from now on.

I called Greg at Fraser to repair the shutoff valve for the washing machine. The cheap plastic valve had broken off. I live in a loft downtown, and to Greg that must have seemed like he was going to the moon. First he,was an hour late. Then he complained about the parking (I had to go downstairs to literally lead him to a parking lot). He didn't bring the right parts and had to come back the next day. Again over an hour late. He has a van but for some reason he doesn't even have a tool bag or tool belt. Does mot instill confidence.He charged me $175. I should have charged him for taking up so much if my time. DO NOT USE COMPANY.

I suspect the reviews that are 5 stars are fake.

I called for an appointment to fix a stopped up kitchen sink and clothes washer. They were here within an hour and fixed it quickly. Very professional, friendly, and
affordable. Great service all the way around. Will definitely be using them again!

Excellent, quick service! I've called them for my business in mid city a few times and the first time they came out they were efficient and professional. I give them major props for putting up with my billing department and going through corporate red tape, too. They obviously need to get paid but they were patient with me. I've used them since and they are always so fast to arrive and fix my clogged toilet pretty quickly.

Fraser's Plumbing is the best and I'd highly recommend them! They were quick to respond, their service was very professional and accommodating, their work was top notch. I ordered a new washer/dryer from Lowe's and their delivery/installation people left me in the dust without any hookups because of a little faucet leak. I called Fraser's and they were at my home within 45 minutes, they fixed a leak in a jiffy. At that point I was planning to just stick the vent of my new dryer out the window, as my landlord said past tenants had always done (no dryer vent had ever been installed into the side of the home), but Fraser's offered to come back on my next day off to install a proper dryer ventilation system. They did the job quickly, thoroughly, looks great, and all for a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend.

We had a backed up kitchen sink that we couldn't fix ourselves, and Fraser's Plumbing came right away and took care of it. They have great service and their prices are very fair. Once again, Fraser's came through for me.

I had a busted gas line and the gas co cut my gas off.

I think I paid more for weekend rates but worth it in an emergency. 3.5 hours of labor including going to the hardware store cost me $450 total.

Overall I'm happy with the work but not happy with the cost since I did 95% of the digging before the technician arrived.

I'll still give the 4 stars and will call them before anyone else since they are local to LA and were very quick after calling.
