Excellent, quick service! I've called them for my business in mid city a few times and the first time they came out they were efficient and professional. I give them major props for putting up with my billing department and going through corporate red tape, too. They obviously need to get paid but they were patient with me. I've used them since and they are always so fast to arrive and fix my clogged toilet pretty quickly.

Fraser's Plumbing is the best and I'd highly recommend them! They were quick to respond, their service was very professional and accommodating, their work was top notch. I ordered a new washer/dryer from Lowe's and their delivery/installation people left me in the dust without any hookups because of a little faucet leak. I called Fraser's and they were at my home within 45 minutes, they fixed a leak in a jiffy. At that point I was planning to just stick the vent of my new dryer out the window, as my landlord said past tenants had always done (no dryer vent had ever been installed into the side of the home), but Fraser's offered to come back on my next day off to install a proper dryer ventilation system. They did the job quickly, thoroughly, looks great, and all for a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend.

We had a backed up kitchen sink that we couldn't fix ourselves, and Fraser's Plumbing came right away and took care of it. They have great service and their prices are very fair. Once again, Fraser's came through for me.

I had a busted gas line and the gas co cut my gas off.

I think I paid more for weekend rates but worth it in an emergency. 3.5 hours of labor including going to the hardware store cost me $450 total.

Overall I'm happy with the work but not happy with the cost since I did 95% of the digging before the technician arrived.

I'll still give the 4 stars and will call them before anyone else since they are local to LA and were very quick after calling.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!! I made the mistake of calling this company on a Tuesday during normal business hours because one of my tenants had sewage coming out of the shower. As a Landlord I already knew what that means... the main line needs to be snaked. I called and told them my tenants issue and they quoted me $85 to snake it. Albert the Tech showed up told my Apt. Manager he was going to charge and outrageous fee of $350!!! She called me so I can speak to him, he said the extra charge was to lift up the toilet and reseal it.. meaning a new wax ring. After minutes of going back and fourth with him and James from the office I told them I only wanted what I called for, which was to snake the main line. Albert then told me he would charge me $150 to snake it, at this point it was very clear to me these people that work and own this company are very unprofessional, dishonest and take advantage of your situation. Luckily for me I am knowledgeable and knew to walk away from this company. Save yourself time and ALOT of money by NOT calling this company.

Fraser's Plumbing came to the rescue!

My kitchen sink started overflowing and our management's plumber said they could come from anytime from 1-4 PM. This was an emergency and I needed someone much sooner. I found Fraser's on Yelp and they did not disappoint.

The technician was knowledgeable and got the job fixed fast. I've never heard my drain sound like this before! He also cleaned my swamped kitchen floor. All this for a very reasonable charge. THANK YOU!

These guys are INCREDIBLE!! The in-laws had landed at LAX, and while they were waiting on bags and the car, I was at home prepping the house for their arrival and discovered a problem with the plumbing in the guest bath. Uggh!?! I quickly pulled out my iPhone, opened the Yelp app, and searched for the best plumber in my area...and these guys popped to the top of the list! I made the call...and I kid you not...in less than 20 mins, Greg and Blair with Fraser's Plumbing pull up to my house in Hancock Park. They roll up their sleeves, and diagnose & fix the problem in record time. All said and done, they were done before the family had time to fight traffic and get back to the house. Quick, professional...and clearly the fastest plumbers in town!!

SO glad to have a reliable, affordable plumber. Fraser's have come to our place twice and they do not disappoint. Today Albert snaked our bathroom sink plumbing, fixed two problems with our kitchen sink at no charge, and then added a juncture from the outside line so we can set up drip irrigation on our front yard. He did everything thoroughly and made jobs that give me anxiety seem easy. I will definitely call them again to help us with anything else that needs work. Feeling so grateful to them for their help. Highly recommend!!

Had a clogged toilet. Greg was able to diagnose they problem and correct it. He carried the snake upstairs and was careful not to touch the walls. He was very professional and made sure I was satisfied before he left.
