Given that our success originates from our employees, it makes sense that Fraser Engineering became an employee-owned company on January 1, 2003. Many of our team members have been with us for over ten years. Some have followed in their parents' footsteps as second-generation team members. This level of commitment is rare in our industry - and being employee-owned strengthens our commitment across the board.
We have recently been acknowledged by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a WBE (Woman Business Enterprise) in General Contracting under the guidance of our third generation of Frasers, and we are set for further growth in the coming years.
