One star for the first visit. Technician was experienced, polite, did the work (installing a sink in garage, labor only) in a timely manner and the charge was reasonable. NO stars for the second visit. Sewer line from laundry was clogged. Technician tried to snake the line from the roof vent. Was there 3 hrs. and did absolutely NOTHING. Tried to tell us we probably were not hooked into the sewer line on that side of house. Charged us $300 and left. Nothing was resolved. He suggested we hook a hose from the washer (in garage) and let it drain out into the backyard! Beware of contractors like this. We are retired and on a fixed income. $300 is alot of money to pay a person to do nothing. We then called another company to video the sewer line just to make sure it existed. Another charge of $400 because we relied on Franzese's technician who told us the story of not being partially hooked in. FINALLY we called Roto-Rooter, who came within an hour on a Saturday, charged under $300 and cleared the line within a 1/2 hour. Never using Franzese again. I thought they were reputable, but apparently they hire people who know nothing! Beware!

I had a leak from the outside corner of the bathtub whenever I took a shower. Tyer arrived on time and promptly got to work. He found the problem and resolved the issue. I feel the price was more than fair. I finally found a plumbing company I can trust. They are my go to pumbers for as long as I live in Cape Coral.

We hired Franzese for a partial re-pipe at our home. The estimate was fair and comprehensive and the work was promptly scheduled. The plumbing team was John and Wyatt and they should up early and completed the work reliably and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. We were even able to use a $100 online coupon from their website when paying our bill. Absolutely recommend this local company for work efficiency, honesty and professionalism. FIVE STARS!

Second time we've called out to Franzese- this time for an overflowing dishwasher. They made it clear on the phone that they do not do dishwasher repairs, so if it wasn't a plumbing issue there was nothing they could do. This turned out to be the case. Irwin arrived promptly, wore coverings on his shoes and was professional, informative and friendly. Since it was not a plumbing problem, which he confirmed, there was no work for him to do. We were not charged for the visit, and he even refused a tip! Great company, highly recommend.

There is a reason this company has 5 stars, because they deserve it. I had quite a few plumbing jobs that needed to be done in a rental property and Chris was amazing. He was friendly, helpful, professional, and knew exactly how to complete the jobs. I couldn't believe the price when he told me... so affordable and I was able to use a 10% off coupon.
