Horrible service. Hope the company can learn from their customers experiences with them. I don't seem to be the only one who's experience wasn't Good. There's too many other companies to have to deal with these guys. See my review below (photo).

Unprofessional I'm from Hereford we're not use this company ever the plumber they sent is rude and there evaluation is a joke. Is kind of plumber that doesn't want to get dirty and their evaluation is just to look at it and charge you $60 for an evaluation I will never use this place again

Dennis came out and gave us a quote for 1600.00 for sump pump replacement and never actually looked at pump but stated that he knew it was burnt by looking at cord. Got it fixed 2 days later for $85 with another reputable company. The pump was actually good but some part was stuck and once cleared it's now working fine...even if we needed a new pump, the quote was only $300-$400. Always get more than 1 quote for any services needed.

I've always had great experiences with Franks. I've used them several times and never a problem! The guys they send are always Friendly and seem to know what they're doing. I also appreciate you don't have to wait a long time for them to send help when you need it. We've used them to repair plumbing issues, they completely replaced our sewer lines, and most recently they fixed a gas leak. And every time, the actual cost of was lower than what they quoted in the beginning!

Dennis Martin is the repair man that was picked for our house. He was to repair the cartridges on a sink.
tub and the shower. I had to order replacement parts for the sink that he destroyed, he said he needed to order parts and left our shower and tub exposed and unusable for over a month. Thank goodness we have a second bathroom. On return he said he couldn't fix it after all and we are having to repair it ourselves. If he is the one assigned to your home cancel and call someone else.

I made a call for my boss the other day to get a repair. The lady on the phone was so rude to me.
Terrible people skills as well as customer service.
She basically accused me of not being associated with the business I was calling for and not having any money. Talk about making a snap judgment.
She didn't even get as far as to ask me what we needed a repair for. She wouldn't set up anything before my boss called her back.
My boss was annoyed with the request as well.
Next time you take a call remember that people can hear your attitude through the phone.

Called them on Christmas Eve and they came out to fix a water leak. Questioned them about the price so they repaired the leak not as they said they would. Very poor job but guaranteed it for 90 days. Less than 30 days later leak was back in same spot they repaired. Called to have them fix it and was told it would be the next day before they could be there. As no one would wait 24+ hours without water especially on a Monday morning I was forced to call another plumber. And they call this a guarantee. Never again and if I could give them no stars I would. Way too many plumbers in this town to pick from. My advice don't call them since I paid them for bad work and had to pay another plumber to fix their sloppy job!

We always get prompt, courteous service with Franks Plumbing and Air. Most recently, Dennis M was the master plumber that installed a new water heater in our home. Dennis and his assistant were professional and did not leave any kind of mess. I was very pleased and will ask for Dennis to service and repair other plumbing issues in the future.

Vern always does a great job!! I called at 12 and they were out here by 1pm with our unit inspected and repaired by 2pm. Thanks to the receptionist and Vern for speedy service. Tell Frank to give y'all a raise! (;

I called Frank's Plumbing at 9:30 Tuesday morning and Anthony arrived by 11:00. We had some plumbing work done by another contractor and it was a mess-we had to shut off the water to our house and stay overnight in a hotel. Frank's is the plumber's plumber! When you are in trouble, Frank's is the company to call.
