Hot water faucet in tub would not shut off completely.
Roy and his apprentice show up very quickly, they were both very professional and friendly.
They gave me a quote of $500 to fix it. They had to go get the part. When they got back Roy told me that they had to get a new faucet and it would cost me another $200 because they had to cut a hole in the wall to install. it took a total of 5 minutes to replace it. I'm not a plumber, but $700 to replace a tub faucet is really pricey

Booked online for an appointment for Friday between 2 and 4 pm to unclog kitchen drain, received confirmation email. Friday morning at 7:10, I missed a call from them. Voicemail said to call them back to verify that I still needed them to come. I call back and get told they can come on Wednesday, I said I have an appointment for today. I'm told their online booking doesn't work correctly and they only service outside of Amarillo first thing in the morning, I said I'm sorry but I can't wait 6 days for use of my kitchen sink. Can't believe they waited until the morning of to contact me, very unprofessional.

Took off work for my appt, no one called and no one showed up. Receptionist said she would have the manager call, 2 weeks haven't heard a word from them.

We had 2 faucets changed. We had already bought the faucets. They charged us $800! That was with the "veteran's discount!" Ridiculous! He made $800 in less than an hour!

Be aware! I set up an appointment online for a "free" estimate but it isn't "free". The person I chatted with online did not disclose the service fee to just come out. After looking at our job they told us there was a $79 fee. When my husband told them we were not informed about a fee, they said it's on the webpage. I've looked on their webpage again and do not find this information. My husband told them they will not be considered for our job.

I will never use Frank's Plumbing again. They replace the outside hose bib. A 30 minute job and I suppled the parts; way over charged me. Cost $234! Then when I called to receive an itemized invoice the lady on the phone would not send one and was very very rude.

Horrible service. Hope the company can learn from their customers experiences with them. I don't seem to be the only one who's experience wasn't Good. There's too many other companies to have to deal with these guys. See my review below (photo).

Unprofessional I'm from Hereford we're not use this company ever the plumber they sent is rude and there evaluation is a joke. Is kind of plumber that doesn't want to get dirty and their evaluation is just to look at it and charge you $60 for an evaluation I will never use this place again

Dennis came out and gave us a quote for 1600.00 for sump pump replacement and never actually looked at pump but stated that he knew it was burnt by looking at cord. Got it fixed 2 days later for $85 with another reputable company. The pump was actually good but some part was stuck and once cleared it's now working fine...even if we needed a new pump, the quote was only $300-$400. Always get more than 1 quote for any services needed.

I've always had great experiences with Franks. I've used them several times and never a problem! The guys they send are always Friendly and seem to know what they're doing. I also appreciate you don't have to wait a long time for them to send help when you need it. We've used them to repair plumbing issues, they completely replaced our sewer lines, and most recently they fixed a gas leak. And every time, the actual cost of was lower than what they quoted in the beginning!
