I called Franks Plumbing & Rooter after finding them from the phone book. I had no idea what to expect. I ready a brief blurb about them being a family owned business and they take pride in being honest in all they do. If it's needed they will do, if not they will tell you. Of course, being cynical, I wasn't sure what to believe but anyway I gave them a call because I thought my main line needed to be snaked.

I talked to Richard who was very helpful and that same day he scheduled someone to come out to snake out main line. He quoted me a very good price of $95 to snake first 100 ft of the line. that I thought was very reasonable considering I've had other plumbing companies charge me from $150 to $250 for this same job.

I got a text from my wife and she told me that the plumber came out, took a look and said ""you don't need you main line to be cleaned. The reason your drain in making the ""gurgling sound"" is because there's air trapped in the line. I could snake your line but that would be money wasted. If it begins to back up, then clean it.""

I was shocked, really he said that I asked my wife? Yes, she said. So did they charge us for coming out? She said ""No."" I could not believe that...the description that I read is really true.

For that I have to write a positive review for Frank Plumbing. I will definitely call them in the future.
