I very highly recommend Frank! We had a plumbing issue with our sewage line that happened twice. Both times, Frank came out quickly and cleared it. The second time, he left instructions about what to do should it happen again. When it happened the third time, I called the county and learned that the problem was on their end. It's always nice to know a reliable, trustworthy plumber. And frank is that guy. I reached out to Frank because I had a large water leak in the backyard, but didn't know where the crack in the pipe was. Over the course of three days, he came to the house several times to diagnose and fix the issue. On every occasion he went out of his way to find the leak and fix it in the most efficient and cost effective method. Further, he was very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Frank came over and fixed problems for me other places really blew out of the water. I got outrageous quotes from other plumbers to do seemingly simple things like hook up a sink, and fix a dishwasher that didn't work. Frank was able to do them both same day no problem. The dishwasher just wasn't plugged in properly, he was honest about that and didn't try to make a dime off it. Thank you!

He replaced two bathroom plumbing pipes for me. Was quick even though my situation didn't require it. Was a pleasure to talk to. Hard working. Independent individual. He charged a fair (not expensive) price while others would charge a hundred just to show up and assess the situation.

I'm a Realtor and have used him in the past and was satisfied. The last time we called him he was a ""No Show"" for the appointment. I just called him for another job and he said he was too busy and I should call him some other time. I had not even talked to him about what I needed.

Do yourself a favor and do not call him for anything! Let him starve himself into non existence!

I called Frank out because I had needed my water heater replaced. He was very knowledgeable and very nice. He gave me a fair price and didn't try to over charge me. Compared to the other estimates I received he was hundreds less than the competitors. I felt very confident that he would do the job right. He was able to get the job done quick. I was very pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone that needs work done fast. If you need a plumber call him. He was a pleasure to work with.
