So we bought a ""fixer upper"" and within a week needed two plumbing visits. Called Frank's plumbing and within hours of the call someone was here (Lenny). Fixed it quickly and perfectly. At the end of the same week the disposal unit sprung a leak....two hours later Lenny was back, removed the rotted disposal and, at my request, eliminated it. We will be renovating and thought it wise to wait until the new sink goes in before we buy another Insinkerator. We're ""pay as you go"" folks, so the only remaining question mark is how much this will all come to....they bill. Hate the unknown, but I haven't called Frank to ask him and I'm sure he'd tell me. Would not hesitate to do business with them again!
