I called Frank's because I needed to remove a baseboard radiator. They sent a guy out right away on a Friday to look at the job to give me a price. He said it would be a simple job and he would have the office call me on Monday with a price. I never received a call, and had to call 3 times over the next week and a half just trying to get the quote, and then I was put on hold for a minute while she asked the guy so she could come back and say it will be about 400 bucks. The price was fine, just so unprofessional. Now I explained that the project had been delated 2 weeks because of this and that I need the work done as soon as possible. I was told it would be at least a week, which was next Friday. I asked if there was anything that could be done to get him here sooner and she said let me check and I will call you Monday. Of course, I received no call, so I called back on Tuesday only to be told now that he can't come Friday anymore and now it has to be next week. Unbelievable...
It is really my fault as this is not the first time I have used Frank's. I should learn my lesson, except sometimes they come right out and do a good job, but then there are times like this that they don't need the work and they treat you like you are a pest and they wish you would stop bothering them. Maybe this time I will?

Professional, on time, honest and they do great work. Frank's repaired the work of another plumber who put in my shower plumbing incorrectly. Frank's fixed the shoddy work. Frank's has also fixed my old furnace a number of times. Reliable. Quality work!

Frank's was highly recommended, but they don't live up to it. I had a lot of work for them: everything from leaking faucets to an inoperative water heater. Everything Francis touched was golden; he did marvelous work. Their plumber Kevin, on the other hand, is another matter. Less than 90 days after he installed a new toilet, I had to replace all the working parts in the tank because it would not shut off. They insist on using outdated designs for their float valves.
The MAJOR problem is their understanding of working with a home warranty company. They REFUSE to call the warranty company before doing any work and the don't follow up on the claims. I have been dealing with billing issues for almost six months because of their stubborn refusal to coordinate with the warranty company.
Don't waste your time with this company.

Francis is great. Knowledgeable, friendly and sincere. However, getting to him is the hard part. Awful customer service on the phone. Go elsewhere to a place that appreciates your business.

I had a kitchen faucet leak recently. Since I had used Frank's services during my bathroom remodeling and was pleased, it was a bit surprising that I was charged nearly $90 for a three minute visit to repair the sink faucet. I admit to not seeing the leak fix, it was a simple tightening of a nut, but really. I contacted Franks on two occasions asking for a review. No response. I payed the bill, but no more with this group.

4th time we've called Frank's. They worked around my schedule and arrived early for my air conditioning issue. They diagnosed the problem and fixed the AC quickly. Francis has done amazing work at my house from putting in a new sink, to repairing some plumbing issues, to fixing my furnace twice now. Absolutely the best. Highly recommended!

I've used Frank's Plumbing on numerous occasions and always find them fast, knowledgeable and professional. I like using a family business that you know you can trust. I highly recommend.

No stars on this rating. An established customer of Frank's (and a previously happy one), I scheduled an appointment for service at my home, took the 1/2 day off work, and waited 4 hours. No show. Actually, I called 5 minutes before the end of the window, and told Frank's to forget it, and that I would reschedule. I called the next business day, and rescheduled. Same thing (this time I did not call).

Whatever is that is going on at Frank's Plumbing, it also involves not communicating with customers, and not appearing when scheduled.

There is apparently no reason to call Frank's Plumbing if you need a plumber.

When the furnace wouldn't start they got it fixed the same day as when I called them. They made sure we weren't left in the cold.

This is a Business...........Really............We had a scheduled appt..............They never called or showed up................. and they never called me too let me know what was going on...........So I called too reschedule for the next day................ and they did the same thing.............Never showed up and Never called me.............and this is a Business............I would not recommend them too ANYONE!!
