Very flakey. Young Hispanic guy came out to give me an estimate on my tankless water heater install. Told me he would send me the estimate that night but and that he could do the install the following day. No estimate sent and he totally flaked on the next day appointment. Even worse was I texted him to see if he was still coming. Ghosted by a plumber? I don't think so. I own 6 units and I' can assure you I'll never call them again for work.

What can we say, Frank is amazing!

Our garbage disposal was draining into our toilet and overflowing - apocalyptic situation. We called a plumber who looked frightened and suggested cutting into the drywall to snake the line.

Before committing, we called Frank who has worked on our building over the years but never had the chance to meet him until now. He urgently came to our house (within 12hrs) and without a beat, resolved the issue in 10min and even cleaned up the toilet! Not only was he effective at solving the issue with ease but was incredibly kind and genuine. Such a great experience and we highly recommend for any of your plumbing needs.

A rental unit I own had a toilet and bathtub backup today. Frank rearranged his schedule to accomodate an emergency. He came within a few hours and was able to snake the mainline clear. He explained low flow toilets just don't have the amounts of water needed to flush matter through old pipes. He recommended I install a larger cleanout valve in future if problems reoccur. Charged $135, fair market and I appreciated him fitting me into his busy schedule. I'll be keeping his # on my home repair list. Thanks Frank!

Frank is awesome! My kitchen sink clogged up the night before and he came by the next day to fix it. He and his assistant were in and out very quickly and only charged $85. Other places I called wanted $225 for the job! Frank is local to the Westchester area so he knows the area well and has been doing this for years. Very honest, friendly, and reliable.
