Jim was very accommodating by coming to my home at 7:30am to take a look at my project and make an estimate. The pricing was competitive an the work was done within a week's time and with excellent workmanship. I highly recommend Frank's plumbing.

One reviewer stated they are local, professional and honest. Beg to differ big time. Yes they are local BUT... If I were in better health and not feeling my 73 years I would have taken them (Jim) to court and filed negative reports with BBB and more. This is not based on one call or one incident but more. He is a crook!!! Work shoddy. Real bad. They will not stand behind the work. Prices outrageous. Told me a part was not available but could obtain for me for $300 plus. I went to local ACE and got it for $19.95 approx. Off the rack.

These guys are local, honest, and professional.
After losing hot water and only getting a trickle of cold water pressure throughout our home I felt it was time to call in the cavalry....

First, I had our Hot water heater checked out by Ben F plumber as part of our warranty for it. The plumber came out and spent over an hour trying to determine the problem while on the phone with his boss....He kept repeating that this does not look good and gave me an estimate for $2200 to replace a gate valve and set a bypass around water softener. Water softener would be another $6-8k... Yeah, his prices did not look good...

After this episode, I called the local Home Depot and received a recommendation for Frank's plumbing. They were family run and have been here in MH for many years. I spoke with Jim and he determined over the phone that the problem was probably a water softener and agreed to come out and inspect everything. He inspected the gate valve and it was fine. He helped me find a good price on a water softener and replaced it and removed our old one. He explained everything to me and was a true professional. I ended up spending about 1/10 of the price and definitely will keep their number handy...Great job guys!

I have used this company for over a year, for everything from installing toilets, fixing leaks, building a whole house water system to emergency plugs and reconfiguration of outside faucets. They are now ""MY"" plumber. Responsive,very honest, fair prices and kind manner. The office also calls back when they say they will. That goes a LONG way with me. So pleased to have found them. Jim has worked with me to figure out my preferences, but is also straightforward about what will work and what won't. Kudos for great work!

Had a leaky aerator on a bathroom faucet and couldn't figure out the make/model. One of the employees allowed me to borrow a tool and I was able to fix it. Highly recommend Frank's.

I needed to have a galvanized water pipe cut and capped from a wet bar we took out. The pipe came from under a crawl space into our downstairs. Called Frank's Plumbing yesterday and Jim came by today to do the work. The quote was very reasonable and it turned out to be less than what was quoted. Jim was personable, answered my questions and I appreciated his honesty. Sometimes when you need specialty work done, there's a fear of being taken advantage of. I can say that was not the case with Frank's Plumbing
