Frank answer the phone, returns calls promptly, shows up 5 minutes before he says he will, gives accurate estimates and communicates clearly during service calls and then calls back with any promised follow up. He's meticulous in setting up to protect floors and fixtures and leaves the work area spotless. Couldn't more pleased and his pricing is competitive and fair.
