I just called Franklin & Vizzo Plumbing for the first time and had a five star experience. Andrew called before heading to my house, was friendly from beginning to end and the work seems to be top notch for a reasonable rate. I will definitely be calling this company again the next time I need a plumber.

I contacted Franklin & Vizzo with a recommendation from a friend. The entire experience with Franklin & Vizzo was frustrating and unprofessional. The first guy came out and was at my house for 5 minutes to tell me I needed a new bathroom faucet and toilet, yet he did not come with a new faucet even though I told them during the initial call what I needed. Because of this, I had to schedule another appointment for the following week. When they did not show up during the appointment window, I called and was told they were running late on existing jobs and would send the on call plumber immediately. When they arrived, I was told that my paperwork was shuffled around and got lost on their desk. These guys continued to tell me things about this business that is pretty unprofessional and I was disappointed that they would share these things. The work was completed, but I would never recommend them to anyone. I will be contacting the owner to discuss this whole situation.

We called them at 5 pm and they were at our house the next morning at 8 am ready to work. They found the problem quickly and replaced the wax ring and broken toilet in less than an hour. The gentleman who came out was very professional! The cost was less than we thought it would be. We will use them again!!!!!

HONEST, reasonable as far as plumbers can be. On time and had everything on their trucks to do this job CORRECTLY. THEY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEMS quickly. Would definitely use the company again. 100 % satisfied ! Try them I think you will be VERY satisfied with these PROFESSIONALS.

I guess I believe in second chances, I just had Jim, the owner come over to my house and he personally fixed a problem that should have been fixed the first time around. I am so grateful and very satisfied and will most definitely use them again in the future!

I'm a fixit guy so I know what to expect from the trades. Every time I've had them do work, it's always been done right, priced fairly, and on time. I had a water heater ""explode"" Christmas eve day, and they were out in a flash with a new unit, expertly installed. No up charge.
I had a drain clog issue prior to that that no other plumbing service ever accurately solved. They did. I last used them to replace a leaking Culligan water filter (because Culligan is pretty much booked too far ahead to be any good for emergencies), and they once again, did the job with a better unit than I had before, and cheaper.

Called due to a leak under the sink. Guy walks in, points to a leaky faucet, says it needs a new o-ring, then proceeds to take a wrench to said faucet, snapping it apart like a potato chip. Oops. Says he doesn't have the part, that'll be 90 bucks. One star for showing up, that's it.
