The customer service was phenomenal!!! I was a first time client and called to get my water heater fixed around 12:30pm. They said of course and it would be between 1-4 when a plumber would be able to come out. The plumber called about 1:10 and said he would be here in 10 mins. We have never had such quick service with a plumber!! Our plumber was very professional and fixed the problem within 15-20 minutes. We will be calling them if anything else goes wrong! Very happy customers!!

What a pleasant surprise. They scheduled me for a time that fit my schedule , and then called me back to see if I could fit them in at an earlier time which worked even better for me. Jose was pleasant and friendly, figured out the problem and fixed it quickly. Cheap service with plumbers usually means you get what you pay for so yeah they are little more expensive but he had the part I needed in his truck. It saved me from running back and forth to the store with the wrong replacement part and trying to figure out the problem myself. It's worth every penny.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday night at 10 pm. They had a plumber on call. He said he would be an hour, he showed up in less than 40 min. He had to snake through a vent on the roof. He was finished and we were all clear in less than an hour. Very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend these guys. We appreciate all they did for us. Thank you.

One word describes this company: OVERCHARGES. When a contractor comes to my house to do work I am willing to pay the going rate. But I do not want to pay them by the hour for their drive time to get to my house. Frannlin and Vizzo charges you $99.50 an hour while they are on the road driving to your home. To me this is ridiculous. Their plumbers do a decent job but I did not sign on to pay them while they are driving to my house. So unless you live next door to Franklin and Vizzo, I'd recommend that you look for a different plumber.

had a back-up in my kitchen/laundry sewer line, first had rescue rooters come out and they said i had a broken pipe and would cost $18k to fix (whaaat!) called Visso & Franklin whom gave me a rough estimate of $6k to fix, but he said ""Let's take a snake to the pipe and see if it isn't just a tough clog."" sure enough that's exactly what it was! total cost $100. these guys are truthful, informative, cost-friendly, and honest. I AM RECOMMENDING THESE GUYS TO FRIENDS AND FAM! Thanks V & F, you guys saved me $18,000 from those ""scammer"" in the bright blue trucks!

We have used Franklin & Vizzo a few times. They might be on the high side but they come when they say, leave the place cleaner than it was, and explain what they're doing and if there might be other problems. In fact when we called them about the water heater, they pointed out to us that it was still under warranty! We highly recommend them.

F&V recently replaced my busted water heater (and charged nearly $400 for labor). Less than 3 weeks later, I was only getting lukewarm water. They came back out to check on it, fiddled with the levers above the water heater (which seemed to solve the problem), and charged me an additional $100 for labor, as they claimed it had nothing to do with the water heater (for which I have a 1-year labor warranty), but rather was a plumbing issue. I find it very ironic that this issue happened so soon after the heater was installed. I've been told they probably did not flush the pipes properly during the replacement. F&V has not only lost me as a customer, my parents will no longer use them and they won't be getting any future references (my parents often referred them).

I love the guys at Franklin and Vizzo. I will admit they are not the cheapest in town however, they do the job and they DO IT RIGHT! We have never had a problem with their work. The guys are super honest and they will make sure that they fix the problem. Many other plumbers will patch things but Franklin & Vizzo does it right the first time. We use them for everything, They re-plumbed out entire house, installed our tankless water heater (helped us with rebates as well), installed a new gas line from the meter to the house, installed new wall heaters, fixed a really bad gas leak in the back yard and much much more! They are awesome. I highly recommend them if you want the job done 100%.
