Really satisfied with their service. I had some fixes to take care of, and after some look around, I came to them. And Chris was prompt and communicative. Gave the quote upfront and it was reasonable. Definitely recommend them.

Chris did great! Calls to other plumbers were not returned. Chris was prompt about everything. Fixed some long term problems and even fixed a leak we didn't even know was a leak. You won't be dissappointed.

I had an emergency water leak in my ceiling over a weekend. He called me right back and walked me through how to troubleshoot the issue. FH&P came and repaired it promptly. Very knowledgeable, kind and so helpful. Thank you

They placed an outdoor faucet on my house the previous year and when turning it on this year there was a fracture at the bottom causing it to leak. I have effectively been winterizing my faucets every year since owning a home 8 years ago with no issues and did the same to all faucets this past year, including this new one. After numerous attempts to get them to come out they showed up.

The worker said ""Why don't I take it off, look at it, put a new one on and see where we wind up"" so I said sure. The entire process took less than 15 minutes.

As his apprentice was adding the screws to secure a new faucet he told me it'd be $90 for parts and labor at 1/2 the cost to which I said if I knew it was going to be that much I would have just done it myself. He then said that I should have asked him the price and that I should also have remembered what he charged me over a year ago. He also claimed he told me earlier it was $70 off and after I said we never had a discussion about cost he didn't refute, because one never happened. I also commented that he should have been equally as clear with providing me with a price.

He told me he doesn't want to lose a customer over a faucet and I told him that I don't feel comfortable paying that amount given the above. At that time, he said that he'll just bill me for a full hour and parts and walked away.

A few moments after he left I received a text message from him saying ""Karma has a way of working itself out, have a nice day"".

First, I think the business has a responsibility to communicate cost before a job is started. Second, even 1/2 an hour of labor is 2x as long as the job took. Third, on the invoice it says the faucet was not winterized, which is a lie, especially since during our conversation he told me there's no way of knowing what was or wasn't done to it. Finally, it sounds like the employee needs some coaching on customer service as receiving sarcastic and direct comments to my personal phone is highly inappropriate.

Chris and associate from Franklin Plumbing replaced a master bath toilet with a new Kohler dual flush system. We noticed some water spots on the ceiling above our kitchen sink, and this reminded us of an earlier leak from another upstairs toilet. Chris mentioned that the builder probably did some shoddy plumbing and with time and multiple flushes, we had some leakage. So, rather than just fix, we replaced the older unit with a Kohler elongated comfort height with dual flush. Chris provided his name with a local plumbing supply to purchase the unit. When it arrived, we set up the appointment, he picked up the unit and came right over. Professional installation through and through - he explained the steps, very careful in removal and installation. He is our go-to guy now for plumbing needs.

We used Franklin Plumbing and Heating for the first time when our water wasn't working. They were able to diagnose the problem over the phone (frozen pipes) and recommend a quick fix we could try on our own. When that didn't work they came right over and fixed our problem quickly and professionally. We will definitely be calling them in the future.

HEADLINE: Hire these guys! Friendly, honest, professional and experienced with great customer service ethic.

My heating system had to be shutdown because it was emitting too much carbon monoxide. I called several companies (including some large, ""reputable"" companies) who all told me that the unit could not be repaired and must be replaced (one even said that if I wanted to go forward with repairs it would cost me thousands). Each estimate to replace the unit was in the $9-14K range. At the enthusiastic recommendation of my neighbor, I called Franklin Plumbing & Heating. $730 later I have a well functioning heating unit that simply needed to be cleaned and serviced. Before I went ahead with the repairs, Chris clearly explained the risks (i.e. it was possible it would need to be replaced after all) and the options. He never tried to ""sell"" me anything and encouraged to think about it before deciding what to do. I have found my ""go to"" plumbing and heating company from this day forward!

I'm a first time customer and these guys did a great job for me this morning. It wasn't a monumental job just a kitchen faucet install but they did everything that counts in my book. Said they be at my house for 11am, they were 5 min early. They were nice, courteous and clean. Before coming in my house they put the booties on, not that their shoe's were dirty or I requested it, must just be standard practice. Did the job in the time they said it would, took all the trash away, cleaned the counter, cleaned everything underneath the sink and put all my stuff back under the sink exactly where it was. It was as if no one was ever there except now I have a new faucet and they guarantee their work for a year. Also I didn't know of this company until the other day when I was at Ferguson to get a basin wrench to do the swap myself. There's a story to that but I got to talking to the employee of this company because he was sitting on the stool next to me at the counter listening to my story. I asked if he'd be interesting in doing to the job. He said sure and gave me a fair number to do it. He then said to call him when my faucet came in and we'd set a time. I called him yesterday and he came out today. Smart dude, he just earned a new customer and a nice review for all to see.
