Wanted a replacement dishwasher installed. Called Franklin plumbing. They wanted $714.00 to install. Even the technician couldn't tell us why it would cost so much. Normal install. No special problems. Needless to say, we refused. This is a job that in the past has only taken an hour at most very disappointed.

Was in need of plumbing for a spare bathroom and fast. I called around the city many people didn't have availability or willing to come out to my home. I called Franklin's and they got me scheduled for the next day. They called on the way to my home and once they arrived they got right to work Jantonio and Brian did amazing they fixed my issue while explaining what was wrong. Got in and out and I will be using this company again as long as they have employees with such great customer service.

Went above and beyond to rectify an issue experienced after a service call. Large, dark scrapes to the porcelain were left in the bottom of our guest toilet after a snaking job. I called on a Friday night (after 7pm) to leave a message after discovering the problem, hoping to get a call back Monday. The owner immediately returned my call, scheduling another visit on Monday to fix the issue or replace the toilet completely. He AND a technician came by Monday, rectified the damage, and apologized profusely for the issue to begin with. This customer service is very difficult to find and I highly recommend this team for any needs. So nice to be able to praise a hard working company.

Brian Bradshaw came by to fix a broken water line at our home in Hopkins. He was punctual, figured out a solution and was able to fix our issue within about 45-50 minutes. He save me a ton of concern and bother. Can't recommend these guys enough. Also, I should give a shout out to Hope who was willing to answer all my questions and quick to respond to calls. Great all around service.

Although I had very good experiences with the phone staff and the service technician, I don't believe their pricing is at all in line with fair value! My daughter who is in college called them out for a simple plugged toilet issue. The drain repair and repalcement of the float, line, and valve was ~$490 for what was less than an hour of work onsite. The work was in progress and the technician did provide a quote before but I approved it thinking there must be some mistake. When I called Frank, the owner, he stood firmly behind his price stating that he had to charge this much in order to provide a 1 year warranty and he had to average his prices for longer service jobs. I felt like I was taken advantage of for what was probably less than $40-50 in labor and $30 in parts.

We had persistent gas leaks in a house we just purchased.The company who installed our heater was dishonest (Four Seasons, avoid) and did a false pressure test. Franklin found and repaired 11 gas leaks, we are very pleased with their service. One leak was very subtle and persisted after Franklin thought everything was fixed. They spent most of the next day fixing it and did not charge for that day- because they warranty their work.

My Main and second bathrooms had issues with a leaking bathtub shower. The repairman Ron called and arrived early. replace two shower cartridges, did a little extra(No charge - don't tell his boss), was very professional. Minus travel time to get parts completed jobs in an hour or so. Very reasonable rate. Would use again, but hope no need.
