If you have found Franklin Plumbing, consider yourself very lucky. They have serviced our home for the past five years and we plan to us them for many more years.

Five years ago, we bought a house built in the mid-90s and the home inspection advised us to consider repiping it. We collected multiple bids for the whole-house repipe. Fortunately, a friend recommended Franklin. Their bid was our favorite not only due to the lower cost, but also due to the personal attention and professionalism of Jeff and his team. We chose copper pipe and the project was quite challenging. There were several setbacks, the biggest of which a leaky tub, which delayed the repipe, dry wall repair, painting and remaining house work by a week. Jeff worked with us to get everything resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Three years later, we were getting new kitchen cabinets installed. One of the pipes had to be rerouted and Javier came and fixed it the next day at no cost to us due to the warranty on the repipe.

A few months ago, one of the shower faucets malfunctioned. Instead of charging us money right off the bat, Jeff suggested we request the parts from the manufacturer and call him if we needed further assistance. Once we received the parts, my husband realized he could install himself, thus saving money in the process.

Jeff stopped bye while I was repairing a leak. Jeff was telling me a bunch of work was necessary to bring the plumbing up to code. He wanted $2300 for a few hours work and $200 in materials. I checked and half of the repairs are not required by code.

They did a great job helping our leaking problem, but our home insurance company believe they charged wayyy tooo high!!!! The insurance even addressed that they never saw such high charge before.

Mr. Franklin came to our home via our HOA; he confirmed [what he thought was] as slab leak, and sent our HOA the approx. cost for repair. As it was high [not knowing what to expect], I continued to vet other plumbers, only to find out that Mr. Franklin is not a leak-detection company, and ultimately to find out that we don't have a slab-leak. Buyer beware: get a certified slab-leak detector before re-routing and/or re-plumbing. I suspect that as a plumber he excels, but by continued vetting & ultimately hiring a slab-leak detection co. & finding out there is no slab-leak [that he determined we had] ~I saved literally thousands of dollars in [what would have been] unnecessary work.

Johnny from Franklin Plumbing Co. replaced a section of 1/2 copper pipe that had sprung a pin-hole leak in a condo that I am selling. As a realtor, I've had lots of experience with many different contractors, handymen and repairmen. My experience with Johnny was terrific! He was early for the appointment, dressed professionally and very polite. He laid out a drop cloth against the wall, on top of the carpet, in front of the repair and was very considerate of the tenant's furniture and carpet. As for the repair, he cut out the leaking pipe and replaced it with new copper in about 15 minutes, and then stayed for a bit to make sure that no additional leaks appeared after turning the water back on. Really thorough. Afterwards he taped up and covered the hole in the sheetrock, that the owner had already hired a sheetrock company to repair at a later date. I highly recommend their services after this tremendous experience.

One of the properties had a major water leak which he pinpointed immediately and was taken care of promptly over a year ago. I have to say that my experience with Jeff Franklin of the Franklin Plumbing company was the exact opposite of Miss Mila A. I was referred to Jeff by a trusted associate. Jeff was responsive and prompt in addressing my emergency main line water leak. He was clear and concise as to how the problem should be addressed and told me up front what the minimum charge would be. He was not at all as Miss Mila A described. Javier Trujillo was the technician who did the actual work. He was very careful and did a precise repair. He also left the site immaculate. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that the job took a little longer than expected because they were not quite prepared and was a little more expensive than I had hoped. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent plumber.
