We called Bob Franklin; he seemed very cool over the phone. We were looking to do bathroom remodel. He spoke to my dad over the phone about the job. All seemed great. He met my Dad in person and even met our general contractor; whom discovered they don't live far from each other. He gave us a quote that was reasonable and he recommended the exact toilet and shower for us to get and said when the materials come in give him a call so he can come and do the job....... granted it has been delays in the shipping supplies industry because of the pandemic. Nonetheless, materials came in. I called, I texted, I left voicemails, my dad called, texted, left message etc. so many times and no response. We thought maybe he got sick or something with the pandemic and all. Nothing. Crickets. No response. Hmmmmm that's weird right? So I asked my WHITE friend to give him a call to inquire about getting a job done that was similar service and he f*cking called her right back,left a voicemail and he even texted her. WTF!! I was so shocked. It's hurtful and just plain unprofessional; not to mention cowardly. I posted a screenshot of the text conversation so you can see the number matches his business profile. So sad because he just missed out on 20 properties that he could have done construction plumbing for. It doesn't pay to be a RACIST or an a**hole!!

I had another great experience with Bob from Franklin Family Plumbing. I had two leaks, one of which was tricky to access, but Bob really demonstrated how experience pays off; he makes the difficult look simple. He thoroughly explained what he needed to do, what it would entail, and as always did a NEAT and CLEAN job! I couldn't be happier! I'll be partnering with Franklin Family Plumbing for ALL my plumbing needs in the future!

i had a great experience with Franklin Family Plumbing . I had problems with my faucets and i called around other company and they came to my house and they gave me a estimate of 1745 dollar for one bathroom that just to change the faucets. I thought that was to much so I got on my computer and check different plumbers on the internet , I search for a plumber in the area and find Franklin Family Plumbing I called the number I got a call back , I talk to Bob on the phone about my problems and he gave me a date in time he would come out to give me another estimate it was way different than the other company Bob was a very good guy .he know what he is doing he explains everything to you ,and he is fair. he will tell you if the price is going to be when he evalute the problem im happy with his work and professional opinion . I Had a AWESOME experience with Franklin Family Plumbing .its hard finding a good plumber this days ,this is a good company .

I appreciate honesty and that's what you will get from Bob at Franklin Family Plumbing. I was in need of service and he told me when and what time, and he was there. More importantly, he assessed my situation, gave a price, and it was extremely fair.
