Frankie's was contacted to fix a clogged toilet. I had been without a toilet for a good portion of the day and Frankie's was prompt to stop by to complete the work. The plumber that helped was about an hour ahead of schedule, which worked out great.

The plumber that came out was respectful of the property and was quick to resolve the issue after diagnosing the issue. I felt that the plumber was experienced and knew how to resolve the matter.

The issue was resolved and the quick service was appreciated. I am giving a 3-star rating for some of the interaction between myself and the plumber.

The plumber seemed to be critical of some of my home practices. I acknowledge i may not know all the ins and outs to home plumbing since this is the plumbers trade however, it came off a bit hypercritical.

I jokingly made a comment about life not teaching this in every day school of life to lighten to mood. and the response i was given was, ""you don't know, what you don't read"". That unfortunately soured the interaction part with me. I'm sure it was supposed to be done in good humor.

The service was quick and fast which i appreciate Frankie's for. Thanks for taking the time to read my review.

Life saver, had a leak this weekend. Called out Frankie's plumbing and Frankie was here within the hour.

He knew exactly what he was doing and was able to fix the bathroom asap. Thank god because I have family in town.

I had concerns that we had a leaky pipe behind a wall of our master bedroom shower. Thankfully, this wasn't the case but Frankie still made it out in a timely fashion, walked me through everything he was doing, and re-caulked and cleaned up better than before. While there is an initial visit/diagnosis fee, it is deducted from any final repair quote provided if I choose to move forward with the recommended repairs.

He provided options, showed up on time, and was very polite. I would use him again in the future.
