I rarely leave reviews unless the work was very high quality or very low. I'm happy to say that Frank Wood (Jeff in particular) was HIGH. Had an emergency call late on a Sunday night and Jeff made sure it was handled that night.  Great to work with. I like to do my homework when it comes to the trades and repairs.  If you need a plumber *save yourself some time and $$$ and call Frank Wood Plumbing.

I hade an appointment for Frank Wood Plumbing come out to look at 2 problems. The technician first went to the wrong house because """"Drive"""" was put into their system instead of """"Circle"""". Luckily he called me to tell me he was there. When I told him there was no one in my driveway, he realized he was at the wrong location. After arriving at my home, he fixed one problem and told me that my second problem was related to the first so fixing the first problem should also fix the second. Needless to say, it wasn't fixed. I called to have someone come out to fix the second problem and they sent someone who called himself an estimator, told me he couldn't fix it and would be back on Monday to fix it at no cost since they didn't fix it the first time they were out and I have paid for that service. Monday came and went with no contact from the company. I called to complain and they assured me that someone would be getting in touch with me. I told them I would be leaving on Thursday to go out of town, one hour before time for me to leave, still no one had shown up. Again, I called to complain. While out of town I received a phone call scheduling service for today between 8-12. Shock, no one has shown up or called and it's after 12. I complained to company who said that the technician was changed to this afternoon because of rain but """"I guess he forgot to call you.""""

The Frank Wood Plumbing company provided a complete estimate and they arrived timely on the day they said they would be there. The men were efficient, neat and cleaned up all debris from the water heater replacement. I would recommend them again.

The guys hooked up our new in line commercial water heater and upgraded the kitchen gas lines quickly, and cost effectively. They also did a great job coordinating with the other subcontractors in making everything proceed and finish smoothly.

The positive about this company is they did give me an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. The negatives: 1) The service person who arrived was very unconvincing he knew what he was talking about. 2) I was told if the job involved one simple fix, which may have been the problem, he could perform it at the appointment. He did recommend the simple fix as one solution, but he couldn't do it at that time, as they told me he could. 3) He diagnosed the problem and told me someone would have to come back to do it, and sent an estimate of about $500. 4) I had another company come out and neither thing Frank Woods Plumbing told me was a problem was a problem, and the second company explained to me why....and also told me if it was what they said, they would charge me $165....and I didn't tell them what I was quoted. 5) The second company fixed the problem in less than an hour, neither things Frank Woods told me where the problem was actually the problem and it was fixed for $150.

Was having a problem with the hot water heater & was hoping it could be repaired, but not possible. In replacing the water heater they found a water line leaking into the concrete pad my townhouse is built in. Got those 2 things fixed & then it became like a crazy game of whack a mole with one leak leading to another. Decided to have them fix other things that were small problems that had the potential to become big problems and they got the job done. I was extremely happy that they had the expertise to repair the water lines without having to tear up my floors or cut into a lot of drywall, thanks Jeff!

Frank Wood has been my go-to source for all things plumbing for years. In business or personal they are my only source. Highly recommend!

We have used them for a few projects now. One was as simple as getting the inside of a toilet fixed and then they did a full bathroom remodel and we were satisfied with both projects. I would use them again.

Really disappointed today because I used them last year and they were great and I love supporting good local business. However, this time I called a week in advance, asked them what times were best for them, and they told me what days they could get me in (keep in mind all I asked for was a quote for the pipes under our mobile home which have to be fixed due to hurricane Michael, it's the last piece of info we need to send in to insurance so we can actually start fixing things. It's been over 30 days since the storm and we're in PCB so the roads are pretty clear now.) Anyways, the day they had available wasn't the best for me, but I understand they're busy so I took that day off of work. They told me they couldn't give me an exact time, but they made me an """"appointment"""" for that day. Well, that day is now tonight, and I made myself available to them from 7am - 8pm when their hours are. No one showed up. I even called at 11am to double check and they said """"yep, you're on the list and someone will be there after lunch around 2pm-3pm."""" So, it's passed their business hours right now and no one showed up or reached out. I'm a contractor who usually makes around $300-$400 on an average day. Not even a phone call to tell me they're running behind and to reschedule. Nothing. Radio silence. I didn't even do laundry all day because I didn't want to be using the pipes so they could see the water pressure. I didn't go to the store for stuff I needed so I wouldn't miss them. I didn't do anything except wait for 13hours for them to show up and NO COMMUNICATION! They said they have my number. I understand delays come up, but please keep me in the loop so I don't waste 13 hours of my life and $300-$400 of work for something that never comes! Now we're another week behind on our Michael repairs. I feel like we just got forgotten about because it was just a quote and not an actual job that we would've paid them more for. You'd think being only 2 miles from their building would make it easy for them to swing by. If you're from the company and you're reading this I'll take it down if you contact me in a timely manner and try to make it right somehow, if not, I'm just going to go somewhere else. I could understand if I'm asking for same or next day service, but not if I call a week ahead and choose a day that YOU said you could get me in. Extremely disappointed. Maybe in this case going corporate would've been better....

Overcharged and poor workmanship. They took advantage of my wife being home alone and overcharged her for the work.
