Called this business to install a tankless water heater for my house. The crew showed up late and was super umprofessional. Their crew was rude and obnoxious. Their work was sloppy and barely up to code. I had to hire another plumber just to fix the mess they left. I would recommend using anyone else except these guys.......BUYER BEWARE!!!

Very happy with Frank and his team! Frank was super-responsive to my texts and questions, walking me directly through all the steps and patiently answering my (often no doubt naive) questions. In the end, Frank offered a very fair price on a new tankless water heater, literally about 20 percent less than the quotes I was getting from other sources; and he did the work very quickly, in one afternoon. A couple days later he came back to check on the system and show me how to use the controller since I had been at work on the day of the installation. In a year he will come back and show me how to flush and descale the system. You get the full-service treatment, with Frank.

I had a terrible experience with Frank W. Plumbing Company. They were rude and unprofessional in their demeanor and in dealing with the public. While in my living community they chose to park illegally and then proceeded to display ignorant behavior when they were asked to remove themselves from their illegal parking location. They refused to move for the residents in this community and are now on report from the officers who took the report. They were childish, stubborn and paid the price. The HOA is involved and this company red flagged. I would encourage anyone looking to choose a better company that this one to sever their needs with a more professional company. They we warned by the towing company who came to service the residents and by the police to remove their illegally parked vehicle. Fortunately, the law was summoned and they have now been dealt with and a report is made in the department. I would not recommend Frank W. Plumbing Company to anyone who is looking for quality service and professionalism. Avoid them at all costs.

I made appointment with Frank to solve my tenant 's complaint about bathroom sink and toilet water going down slower than normal at 2:30 pm on Sunday, 6/1/2014. Frank was late for 30 minutes without any call to notify me about his late. When he started to work first on the sink I asked about the service price, he told me if he needed to remove the toilet to clean the sewer totally it would be $150. I agreed with it. After he finished cleaning the sink , he removed the toilet out to the yard and announced it was the toilet which got something inside and the sewer of the toilet was okay. He said it would take hours to clean the toilet and recommended to get a new toilet but the price would be $370. Because the hush and rush he handled the whole thing made me and my tenant not comfortable, so I and my tenant agreed to get someone else. Meanwhile I asked Frank to install the toilet back and paid him $150.

Sunday, 6/7/2014, we got another plumber, because mislead by Frank, I asked the new plumber to go with a new toilet, so he did, but after the new toilet was installed the problem was the same. Finally we found the problem was not the toilet. It was the sewer, beneath the toilet, clogged by roots of the tree, which meant Frank didn't check, nor clean the sewer of the toilet at all.

Due to Frank's unprofessional and dishonesty handling his business, I had to pay unnecessary new toilet --- $151.51, two times of removing and installing toilet fee --- $150, plus sewer cleaning --- $80, totally $381.51 extra.

It is not just the waste of money but also the waste of time. It took me two and half hours there to solve the problem, additionally another whole hour of driving back and forward between home and rental unit.
