When I call a plumber, I get nervous for 2 reasons. The first is that I never know the scope of the problem, and I'm afraid it could be a big one. The second is that I don't know if the plumber knows what he's doing or whether he'll overcharge me.

I have an old, clay main sewer pipe that has roots growing into it and has to be snaked out every couple of years. Occasionally it backs up before I get it cleared out, and that's what happened to me this Saturday morning. Facing a weekend without being able to flush a toilet, use the shower, or run any taps, I called the plumbers I've used in the past, but I couldn't find anyone who would pick up or give me a call back. That includes the ones who claim to be 24/7. They still haven't called back yet. Not one.

I found Frank Thomas on Yelp. Since he's located in my town and has nothing but five star reviews, I figured I'd give him a try. He called me back less than thirty minutes after I left him a message, and came to my house right away. He was fast, clean, efficient and honest. I am so pleased I finally found a plumber who doesn't make me feel like I got taken. I'm also glad I found one who is so helpful and fair. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Frank is an extremely competent plumber with a great deal of integrity, such that is seldom found these days! He has a vast knowledge of plumbing procedures, as well as a towering command of his trade. He is busy (as anyone who knows what he is doing tends to be) but his response time is exceptionally prompt. Frank operates with an efficiency that only comes with someone who really understands his business; his prices reflect this. He is extremely fair. If you need a plumber, look no further than Frank Thomas Plumbing!

I hope we never have to use anyone but Frank for our plumbing services because I can't imagine a more honest, knowledgeable, and conscientious plumber who is also a pleasure to have around when you need him. We discovered a leaking water heater. I called Frank & he was able to come out the next morning & replace it. Also installed an on demand hot water device for us that will help in our water conservation efforts.

Nothing but positive things to say about Frank - he's hardworking, honest, and fair. He even came to our house on a Sunday after a particularly cold night to repair a burst pipe, and charged a completely reasonable fee to do so. When I called for another repair and he was unable to get to our house on the same day, he referred me to another local plumber who was also excellent.

Frank is amazing!

He is professional and knowledgeable. He responds to my service calls same day and usual can be at my house same day or the next day. He has done both small and big projects for me and m ""fixer upper house."" Inevitably, I need to upgrade my gas and plumbing lines every time I get a new appliance so I keep Frank on speed dial. Frank assesses the issue and solves it with ease and at reasonable price.

He doesn't know I was watching him, but when he was done fixing my kitchen sink I noticed he took my trash cans back from the curb after it had been picked up. Wow! Customer service!! He also disposed of a rat he found in my crawl space.
