I called Frank after seeing that he was highly recommended on Next Door App. He replaced my water heater and replaced the water pressure regulating valve. His wife provided me with quotes for each job and scheduled him for next day appointments. She alerted me when he was on his way, and he was always on time. They were both very courteous, professional, and very friendly and he did an excellent job both times. I found his fees were very reasonable. I will definitely use him for all my future plumbing jobs. I highly recommend him.

FRANK THE PLUMBER DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HIS WORK! I was so happy to find him and felt that he did a great job. Told me over and over how he guaranteed his work. Less than a month later we had a leak in the coupling that connected to the pipes he replaced. He came out but said it's not included in warranty because he didn't replace THAT coupling. Wanted to charge full price for labor to replace that part too. Yes it was old, no he did not suggest replacing it at the time. Part was under $20. He had replaced the pipe on both sides of this part because it was old and somewhat rusty. I'm very disappointed, I really thought we had found a good plumber

Frank the plumber was great ! He came and fixed a leak in our house. He's our official plumber for our house. He's trustworthy and very knowledgeable in his craft.
