Frank is the plumber we don't deserve!

We woke up on a Monday morning to discover our hot water heater leaking. I took the first part of the day off to try and fix it and was not able to after several trips to the hardware store for tools. It got late on me and I decided that I needed help. It was late though and I needed to go back to work from 4PM to 6PM. I reached out to Frank and he said he could come after 6PM. 6:15 rolls around and Frank calls to let me know he's waiting outside my house. It takes me 30 minutes to get home and there he was, waiting patiently. He finished up in about 20 minutes and was on his way. I am so happy with the Above and Beyond service I received.

Frank and his son are actually here now. They are great! I knew I had a leak underneath my pier and beam home. My water bill was outrageous last month. I had two other "commercial" companies come out to give me estimates. It became clear that they were more interested in how much they ding me for more than anything else. Neither even attempted to diagnosed my problem. They just took what I said, and started telling me how much it was going to cost me. One of the commercial companies wanted to charge me 400.00 JUST TO GO UNDERNEATH MY HOUSE! My toilet was also running. They wanted to charge me 219.00 to fix. I only need the stopper replaced, which costs 5 bucks at Lowe's, but they wanted to change out parts that weren't broken! Luckily I found Frank online and called him.

Frank and his son came out Tuesday, right on time I might add, and before they knocked on my door, they'd already began troubleshooting my problem. They turned my water off outside to rule out what it wasn't. They ruled out my sprinkler system and faucets outside, but they could tell that I did have a leak someplace. They knocked on my door, introduced themselves, and told me what they'd already done. Frank then turned off my hot water and boom! There was my leak. They came back today (again right on time) to fix my problem. Frank is very knowledgeable and a great guy just to chat with. He fixed my toilet from running by replacing the stopper (it did not cost 219.00 either). They are now fixing the hot water leak. I'm not easily impressed, but these guys are very impressive. I think I've found my plumber for life! I would highly recommend Frank Smith's Plumbing!!!!

Called them late for a non-emergency, and they were here the next morning. Toilet reservoir leak fixed for about $130. They were knowledgeable, got it taken care of, showed and explained the issue, and were gone in about an hour. Highly recommended.

What's worse than discovering you have plumbing problems??!! Dreading the unreliability of a new plumbing service and the exorbitant cost. We're usually desperate and prime targets for unscrupulous companies!

I just used FRANK SMITH PLUMBING and was extremely pleased with the service, reliability with my appointment time, the overall service I received, and the very REASONABLE cost! They had to remove my bathroom mirror, drill a hole in the wall, and remove the culprit clog. They did the job very efficiently and I can't even tell they were here! Except now my drains are working great again. What a relief!!

I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. Frank is very honest and professional and takes great pride in his work. He will work you in on his schedule as quickly as possible. Let's support small business owners like this - they're the BEST!!
