Our heat stopped working on Christmas Eve! Of course, everyone is stressed out, super-busy and completely booked up. We had a service contract with a competitor, but they were unavailable! So, I got a recommendation from someone I trust and called Frank Savins out of the blue.

His wife was super helpful. Even though Frank was not available, she gave us enough information to deal with our service provider. We got our heat back in a couple of hours. Thank you, Frank and Karen!

1 Star is too many. Mr. Savin's wife Karen is the one who answers all calls. She is incredibly rude and nasty. She yells at you, cuts you off mid sentence while screaming at her dog to not bark. She can increase anyone's anxiety level in seconds due to her horrible disposition, nastiness and rudeness. Horrible, horrible customer service. This level of unprofessionalism forces a customer to distrust them and their competence.

Frank Savin has been servicing our burner for over 20 years. He installed the burner. He's a nice guy but his wife is the most unprofessional horrible person ever. Our burner has been acting up for the past month or so and Frank has come every time within minutes to prime it. He was here on Saturday and said he would be back on Monday or Tuesday with a part that should solve our problem. So on Sunday AM when we woke up to no heat and hot water we started calling them at 9:00 AM and called all day Sunday and Monday with no return call or visit. Finally on Monday evening is wenchy wife texted me that Frank would not be coming and that we should find someone else. Really?!?! Stay away!! They suck!

Terrible customer service. This wife handles all his calls and schedules appointments. Clearly unprofessional as I waited the entire for Frank to come for a service call. Never showed up and I had to call three times before his wife answered the phone. The first time she was screaming that she had to call me back, and then when she finally did call me back, she got nasty stating to me that other jobs take priority and he would not be able to come today. Clearly a whole day was wasted. I told her that I would no longer need their service. Thumbs down...don't waste your time.

This guys wife was hands down the rudest person I have ever dealt with in customer service. Frank himself is not a bad person but clearly is not the one wearing the pants in that marriage, so in the end his passive good nature means nothing when overshadowed by the horrendous attitude of his wife. I had two emergencies that required frank to come to my house ASAP. THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I GOT HIS CONTRACT WiTH 24/7 emergency service!!!
Both times his utterly nasty wife was absurdly and irrationally rude and condescending to me and told me there was no way he was coming to my house that day. He came to my house the next morning on these occasions but what good is that when your boiler is uncontrollably spewing out water and flooding your basement? She actually told me to get a shop vac and start sucking up the water bc he wasn't coming. , like this is something I wouldn't be able to figure out on my own when I'm ankle deep in water.
The third time I called it was right before thanksgiving and my boiler was not working and it was very cold in my house. When I would try to tell his wife what was going on she kept cutting me off yelling out loud ""what is the problem!!!"" I mean literally not allow me to speak and just yell that out 4 or 5 times. For a split second it crossed my mind that maybe I was actually getting pranked.
I finally had enough and told her to take the remaining time left on my contract with them and to shove it up, well you all know where.

I am not one to go out of my way to post negative reviews on things that people make a living out of. It's really not in my nature. But I have no doubt that this woman has single handed ruined a great business this guy could have had.

I own my own business too and if I ever spoke to any client of mine the way this woman speaks to and treats people, I would have gone out of business years ago.

I was a customer for over 20 years because Frank is a kind, knowledgeable person, however, his wife/secretary is the nastiest person (person is not the word for her) on the planet. I had several ""run ins"" with her over the years but Frank was always apologetic and I genuinely liked him. I told him that if his wife ever treated me like that again, I would not renew his contract. His response was ""that's not the first time I've heard that!!!"" Well, you guessed it, I had an emergency at 9:00 in the evening (I pay for a 24 hour service contract) and she ripped into me accusing me of waiting until that hour on purpose and why hadn't I called during business hours. We got into an intense argument and when she is confronted about her verbal abuse, cursing, and unprofessionalism, she hangs up on you. When Frank got to my house, he was extremely apologetic but I told him I was done and do not send me a renewal contract. If you want a kind, knowledgeable man and don't mind being verbally abused from time to time, then Frank is your man. Otherwise, steer clear of this company!!

Frequently cancel appointments and or pushed you to the end of the day unless you are the owners favorite person. then you will be seen at your appointment time. This has happened twice. Won't be using them ever again
