One of the worst experiences we've ever had. Called the plumber for a septic tank issue, he spent 10 minutes ""assessing"" the problem. He left and two hours later raw sewage flooded our entire basement. We called the plumber back, when he came back he barged through the door and exclaimed ""man it smells in here"". He went to the basement and proceeded to ask for bleach, trash cans, and for my mother to start cleaning up the mess that HE caused. He then fought with my mom, nearly made her cry, then screamed obscenities once she went upstairs. He called for backup and when he left the house he hit his head on the door, slammed it, and then screamed more foul language so loudly that the whole neighborhood could here. When he returned, it was clear that he was still under the influence. He helped the other two men with the problem and finally left. When he was gone, the other men confirmed that he was on meth and had been drinking. Needless to say, we're surprised they're still getting business. We had no trouble when this was the father's business but since the son has taken over it's now a literal shit show. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Scott Romei has saved the day once more! My neighbor and I were house sitting for another neighbor who ended up with a plumbing issue. The problem was discovered late afternoon, and Scott zipped right over in just a matter of minutes and resolved the issue quickly. He was prompt and courteous.... job well done!

Scott is a nice and polite young man who fixed my clogged toilet in 5 minutes, on a Saturday. He was very accommodating to my schedule despite having to be home at a certain time for his daughter. He came within an hour of calling him. Outstanding service that I highly recommend.

Scott is nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL! We were in the middle of a renovation nightmare and Scott saved us. He came and fixed everything. He works with the precision of a surgeon; the quality of his work cannot be matched. On top of that, he is incredibly responsive - I recommend texting the number on the answering machine. He came to our home immediately even though it was not an emergency. It was a big job that he got done quickly so our renovation could keep moving. He stayed late both nights to finish the job. He exceeded our expectations in every way!

Romei & Son is a staple Granville business: friendly, fast, and never too far away. the two times that I've had business with them, they were able to accommodate my request within the day, once within the hour. The staff is polite and efficient, getting right to work and making sure things are back in working order.

We have now called Scott twice. The first time was for a leaking outdoor hose. The second was a true emergency with standing water in our basement bathroom. He was at our house in 15 minutes despite it being 7:30pm. I was tremendously impressed! Then today he replaced out water heater ahead of schedule! We have hot water again!!! Scott is a true craftsman and great with customer service.
