We've used Marinelli's before for various plumbing problems, but this time we're truly amazed at Billy's level of expertise in fashioning, literally, creative solutions. After a clogged kitchen pipe required new pipes to replace seriously old ones (this is a 180 year old house), Billy went into overdrive to design a series of pipes to bypass the ancient ones and still connect to the sewage pipe.

First time I've worked with Frank Marinelli Plumbing and Heating Co. The heat on the second floor of my house stopped working. Within an hour and a half of me calling to setup an appointment, they had responded to my call, came by and fixed my heating problem for a very reasonable price. The two people that came were really nice, professional and explained the problem to us.

I will absolutely be contacting them again for anything else in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I typically don't post reviews, but I was simply astounded by Billy's exceptional service and professionalism. I had a low shower pressure issue, and I called Billy after finding him on Yelp. Instead of coming in for probably a very simple fix for him, he walked me through how to fix it myself over the phone, saving me the money at the cost of his own time. Who does that nowadays? It's such a breath of fresh air and next time I have any plumbing issues, or if my friends and family have plumbing issues, Billy will be no question the first and only person I call. He is wonderful!

Don't even think about using someone else. In one morning Billy and his son fixed a leak, installed a new hot water heater, capped-off 2 sinks, a shower, and a toilet, and restored pressure to a sink. Responded quickly to an immediate problem. Very reasonable price, no playing games. Unlike most plumbers he is able to quickly and confidently diagnose a problem and then address it.

I am going to add to this long list of already 5 star reviews because the team at Marinelli plumbing is absolutely a diamond in the rough among all of the contractors and pros that have worked on our new house in the last few months. Billy and his team are highly knowledgeable, extremely quick to respond to questions and issues, and all very generally good-tempered and professional guys to work with. We absolutely feel confident with the level of work they provide, and will continue to use them for plumbing repairs even after the initial push of setting up our new house is over. Kudos to the Marinelli team for great work and customer service!

Frank Marinelli Plumbing & Heating is AMAZING and I am so thankful to have found them through these reviews! It's no wonder every single review praises Frank Marinelli Plumbing! We spoke to several companies about replacing our hot water heater and we decided to go with this company. Boy are we glad we did because now we have a plumber we can always turn to and recommend to others! Billy and his son Brendan are so nice and it's clear that they sincerely do their best to help their customers with integrity and professionalism. Billy is such a great person, he really looks out for his customers and genuinely cares enough to help at the expense of his own free time. He was so accommodating with his schedule, moving other appointments back to fit us in sooner. He was thorough, quick, and with the invaluable assistance of Brendan, solved other issues for us as well (low water pressure and a frozen pipe). To top off the great service, the price was beyond reasonable! I can't recommend Billy enough!
