Frank Marinelli Plumbing & Heating is AMAZING and I am so thankful to have found them through these reviews! It's no wonder every single review praises Frank Marinelli Plumbing! We spoke to several companies about replacing our hot water heater and we decided to go with this company. Boy are we glad we did because now we have a plumber we can always turn to and recommend to others! Billy and his son Brendan are so nice and it's clear that they sincerely do their best to help their customers with integrity and professionalism. Billy is such a great person, he really looks out for his customers and genuinely cares enough to help at the expense of his own free time. He was so accommodating with his schedule, moving other appointments back to fit us in sooner. He was thorough, quick, and with the invaluable assistance of Brendan, solved other issues for us as well (low water pressure and a frozen pipe). To top off the great service, the price was beyond reasonable! I can't recommend Billy enough!

Saying they are fantastic would be an understatement. Our water heater went out on Saturday, I left a message on Sunday and Monday morning Billy called at the time I had asked. He gave me a reasonable quote and was at my house by 9am to start the job. By 10:30am he and his assistant were done and an hour later I had hot water. Billy explained everything to me clearly and updated all my shutoff valves (including the one to the humidifier). They were recommended to me by a neighbor and I whole heartedly recommend them as well.

When we first moved here 30 years ago, we tried 2 or 3 of the local plumbers without much success. Once we found Billy our prayers were answered. Finally, a contractor who shows up when they say they will, does work that is reliable and fairly priced, gives you honest diagnoses and is there for you if you're in an emergency situation. Billy's been our ""go-to"" guy for over 25 years. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I rarely write yelp reviews, but had a great experience with Billie replacing my water heater when the old one broke, so he deserves an honorable mention here. He has a small company focused on repairing, and he knows his stuff and charges reasonable prices. It's always nice to run into somebody from a smaller company that seems to care about his work and customers. He went the extra mile to make sure the job was done correctly which seems to be a rarity here in lower westchester....

Based on my previous experience with Frank Marinelli Plumbing and Heating (reviewed in March 2016), when I had to replace a hot water heater I knew exactly who to call. Billy went out of his way to locate a unit that matched the old one, in order to save me the hundreds of additional dollars that the installation would have otherwise cost. He could easily have generated these additional charges without me being the wiser, but that's not at all how his mind works. As someone who knows nothing about plumbing and heating, I find it to be a huge relief to know that Billy will have my back no matter what might come up in the future. And, yeah, he did a quick and flawless job on the installation, but that almost goes without saying with this guy.

I had a tricky kitchen sink drainpipe leak and as challenging as it was for them -- requiring a second service call -- they handled it the most professional manner. Their rates are reasonable as is their appointment scheduling.

Just reviewing the reviews on Yelp. I came across Marinelli by chance. Just want to include one from quitea few months ago. They installed a new garbage disposal. I was extremely surprised at the outstanding service and fair price. Just felt that they deserve another outstanding review. I should have written it months ago and feel better that I did now!.

At the risk of being redundant, I'm reporting Billie is still the same. Roland has done plumbing repairs expertly in the past. I showed him a diverter valve in a shower that was rusted. He told me to contact Grohe and said that in his experience they would replace it. After a few back and forths they replaced the parts. Dismantling it was another matter. I called Billie and he told me to send him a picture of the offending parts. The next day he called me and told me the secret to replacing them. Needless to say, it worked! In Westchester, there is only one choice of plumber.
