Above and beyond is an accurate description of Mr. Moody's service! A few weeks ago, my husband was working on the bathroom sink drain and got in over his head, I quickly realized that we needed a professional plumber. Mr. Moody was too busy to take on another job that day but he offered to stop by, identify the problem and tell us what needed to be done. He shared his expertise gratis. We were able to temporarily fix the drain. A couple of weeks later, we decided that we needed a permanent solution and a couple of other related things needed to be addressed. Mr. Moody stopped by, inspected all the issues and said he'd send a pricing proposal to us promptly (He did.) We hired him (well, we got on his calendar; since he is so good, he's a busy plumber.) He called us the night before he was coming by to do the work and arrived promptly the next day. When he opened a wall, he saw that one of the jobs wasn't going to be as complicated as he originally thought, so he reduced our bill. He also repaired the other issues and gave us instructions on how to maintain the new valves, etc. (Easy compared to the old way!) He is a reasonably-priced professional and I wholeheartedly recommend his plumbing services.

Frank is a complete professional! Since purchasing a home a few years back, I have been on the hunt for an honest and reliable plumber. Turns out that is a tall order. I was lucky enough to find Frank after a few other sub par jobs with other flaky and less dependable plumbers. He was quick to call me back, showed up when he said he would and stands behind his work. My water pressure issue was much larger than I anticipated and he has committed to solving the problem despite the extra cycles required. He is my new 'go to' plumber. I trust him completely and appreciate his ability to leverage his local network.

Boiler died on Sunday night in March and it was still cold out. Call Frank on Monday morning, he came that day, looked it over, quoted a price and told me to let him know. I agreed on Tuesday morning and the boiler was installed and running Thursday evening. He had drop clothes down while moving things in and out and left the place like he found it. He also included a hard wired C02 detector which he installed in the boiler room. And he replaced the thermostat in the condo unit when he saw it wasn't a newer type. He may not be the cheapest quote out there, but he installs MADE in the USA only boilers. For a purchase like this you get what you pay for and with the extras that were included in this job and the quality of the work and of the bolier it was well worth it.

I highly recommend Frank Moody Plumbing. I recently called Frank about a plumbing concern at my elderly mothers home. He set-up an appointment for the next morning, came on time to look at the job. He was in between a big job and was able to come the next day to fix not only the original problem but also fix my mother's basement toilet.
He was professional, knowledgeable, reliable, personable and managed a clean job. My mother wants Frank to now be her new Plumber. A big shout-out to Frank. Thanks for taking care of my mother, it is extremely appreciated.

Frank is great. Picked up the phone right away when my water heater stopped working and was there the same day to replace it. Worked around my schedule and was an all around friendly guy. Just a bit pricey for the install.
