A plumber was sent to my home to, merely, change the shower head & bathtub spout. The 1st thing I noticed is that he cut my pipes (totally unnecessary), then he cut another hole in my wall when an access panel already existed, while stating, ""We'll destroy your home, but we don't fix it."" I stopped him, hired a contractor to repair his damage & bore holes where needed & fix my wall ( greater expence)expense. He came back to finish. He replaced portion of pipe, put in shower head & faucet, stole parts of shower & put in hollow tub faucet which has nothing to hold up lever to convert between tub & shower water exchange. All of a sudden my water pressure is too low for water to go through, when shower, perfectly worked the 8 days prior to his start. Without my knowledge, he went to my basement, removed the access panel & utility room & had accessed shower there. His statement became, ""You have low water pressure & galvanized access to the house."" Then "" Go look"" repeatedly. As I'm explaining that this is where I've been showering & bathing for the past 8 days when my primary bathroom was made unavailable. He goes into ""Just go & fucking look."" I stated ""Don't use that language disrespecting my home & stated ""Everything f'ing worked before you touched my plumbing."" He went outside claiming ro speak with his manager, when I notice the truck backing away from my home. Speaking with George & Matt (Stating to be Managerz) have gotten me no acceptable closure decision. Supportive of Chris who has damaged my plumbing, telling me what he didn't do, when I witnessed the damage. Changing a shower & bathtub hardware should be a 2 hour job, maximum. It's been 1.5 weeks with no functional bathroom shower. I would not recommend this company to any human who just wanted to update bathroom hardware, let alone anything more serious. What a messed up loss of funds with no satisfaction. Still waiting. Neighbors wonder why Frank J. Klein truck has been in my driveway so frequent, for so long. Ive advised that they, obviously, are incapable of changing a shower/bathtub fixture/hardware. Still waiting for satisfaction. Don't want them in my home, again. What a waste of money, time & hardware.?

If you are looking for a company that is reliable, competitively priced, knowledgeable and clean, this is the one. They fixed my plumbing issue and repaired an issue that was left behind by a different plumber. Matt was personable, prompt, and made us feel at ease during his visit during the pandemic.

In the past month (due to an assortment of plumbing and heating problems) I have called Frank J Klein. Each time I have been exceedingly impressed by their professionalism and expertise! This past Monday I had no heat.
Today (Thursday) I have a new boiler and Hot water heater! The boiler was the original when my house was built 60-65 years ago! When it was removed I got to see all the damage that over the years had done! My water heater was rusted top to bottom with massive damage at the base (purchased in 2008), no doubt it needed replacement.
On Tuesday much of the boiler was broken down, and removed from my house. Making the installation for the new boiler and hot water heater on Wednesday, uninterrupted and seamlessly installed! Drop clothes and a systematic procedure went quickly and extremely efficient and skillfully done.
I will continue to use FRANK J. KLEIN, and hope you do as well!
