Came out very quickly for our A/C issue. Said it was the evaporator coil that was bad. $3300.00 repair did it the next day.....about $1500.00 more than quoted from others but that's ok I need it done ASAP. 2 days later A/C not working properly, called they came right out and said it's the motor, ok $850.00 or you can replace the whole system because it's 15 years old and other parts are soon to break down. I just paid $3300.00 for a service and replacement THAT WASN'T THE PROBLEM. So I agreed to replace the whole system for about $6,000.00 more than quoted by other in the tune of $14,899.00 for a 2000 sq foot home, figured they could get the job done quickly and they did . The workmanship was ok, except they never put in a filter on the new system. I called 3 TIMES to get someone out to just install a simple filter......something I ended up having to do myself but after paying a PREMIUM price I should get a filter........nothing but a complete run around. After 4 days someone came by with the filter! Thanks! However when they inspected the filter that I installed they left the access door half open as I noticed later that evening when I got home. The sales person also made verbal promises that never materialized very dishonest person. Definitely NOT worth the ridiculous prices they charge...SUPER EXPENSIVE!!!! PLEASE GET OTHER QUOTES!!!! You will SAVE THOUSANDS!!!!

We spent $25k in an AC unit from Frank Gay in November 2023. In May, when temperatures started to rise, our AC flooded the bathroom and laundry. Turns out the sensor that detects excess water was faulty. The tech that came told us that the $1,500 electric filter we purchased with the AC was not working. In fact, it was never functional SINCE INSTALLED. He said he needed to order a part to come back and fix it. We are still waiting for him. It's now almost September and my filter has not been fixed - so I'm going have to call someone else to come fix it - and getting ready to spend more money to fix the damage to my bathroom floor. I'm cancelling my service subscription and going somewhere else. Don't expect much response from anyone. They just take your message and it seems to go nowhere after you hang up. Spoke once or twice with Abraham (supposedly a manager) and no follow up whatsoever. Good luck getting a hold of him or anyone that can solve anything for you after they leave your house.

Frank Gay should be investigated for price gouging. I called to have a garbage disposal installed. The tech first tried to sell me a $7,000 water heater. The cost of the disposal was $1200. I bought one for $125 and installed it in less than an hour. They are not a repair company. The guy actually asked when I wanted the disposal installed. He wasn't even there to fix anything, just to quote a price.

Buyer beware deceptive sales practices I was lied to and told they no longer offer Air conditioning services and you have to buy a maintenance agreement for hvac, electrical and plumbing do not fall for it. Have your hvac maintenance done by any body but Frank Gay. If it was a good product you would not be forced to buy it

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Do not reach out to them for anything. They have """"technicians"""" come to your home and lie to you that your AC is damaged and can't be fixed and then sell you a new AC at double the cost. Their """"technicians"""" are incentivized to sell you new AC units because they make commissions from each sale they make. They are not technicians but only sales people. Their employee Estaban lied to me saying that my AC wasn't able to be fixed when it really was.

Beware!!! They came to diagnose electrical problem and told me $4000 to fix. Refused thought they were scamming me. Got second opinion and was charged 400 and problem solved. Beware!!!

I had a plumber from frank gay do some work in my home today. Howard was great. Very knowledgeable , neat and efficient. He wasn't able to fix my pool/solar issue but my water pressure issue he took care of quickly. He's very pleasant snd I recommend him for any plumbing needs. 10 stars.

READ THIS! Response text to Frank Gay HVAC: I had it fixed yesterday and for a fraction of what you suggested. I'm highly suspicious of your services and ethics. I had a diagnosis for less then your rate and it was much more thorough and the repair cost me only a couple hundred bucks, compared to your suggested $1k-$3k and that's """"if"""" you find the problem! Not to mention what she said it would likely be or one of the likely sources wasn't even in the ballpark for what it turned out to be thank God this guy Mark did a great job with his diagnosis! The only thing good that came out of this is I will be recommending someone else to all my friends.

I need to have a garbage disposal replaced. The cost to have it replaced was $608.00. When I questions the price they gave me 20% off still costing $547.00. The average cost for a disposal is about $150. If they charged around $300 I'd would of be satisfy. Their commercial is for the birds. No wonder they have such a lower review. The technician Mario was nice.

DO NOT Use This Company !!!!!!!!!do your research on pricing . they take advantage of the elderly . $7000 charge on hydrojet drain cleaning Average cost is $600-1300 for average home.. . and the drains were not cleaned also charge for ptrap repalcement . but didn't replace .. YOU have been warned!!!!!!
