Had to throw in the towel while replacing a Garbage Disposal.
Slept on it and decided to bring in a professional. Called around at 8am; got mostly voicemail.
Frank returned my call within minutes. Finished up what he was doing and was here in less than 30 minutes. Job was harder than I thought. I had broken a connection IN the wall between my Kitchen & Bathroom. Heard the obligatory "" what the Hell was this guy thinking""
re: the original installer. Cut a hole in the Bathroom wall and rebuilt it solid - for the next owners. New Plumbing guaranteed to outlast the disposal !

I had a great experience using Frank for his plumbing skills. I called him on a Thursday night and he called me back immediately. He came the next morning to fix the issue which was a fireplace gas leak. It was a very difficult task considering the confined access
point, but he completed the job through persistance. I most certainly recommend Frank to anyone searching for quick, honest and efficient plumbing services.

Frank called me back the same day for a relatively small job, a disposal installation. He arrived on time the next day, and his pricing was simple and transparent. On arrival, he immediately had concerns: the cabinet was an awkward space with a low sink, and little room to maneuver. Frank explained the possible complications, and came up with a plan for arranging the plumbing. After a run to the local plumbing supply house for parts, he managed to get everything squeezed in perfectly. I would definitely call him again.

It's not often that I feel compelled to post a review on Yelp. Frank has earned and deserves my positive review. Here's my story ...

My 89 year old parents live in a house that has very old plumbing. After other plumbing companies told them that their bath fixtures and pipes could not be repaired and they would need all new plumbing because the parts did not exist, I searched further and found Frank Formica plumbing on the internet. I called him and he resonded immediately and went to my parents home that same day.
He approached the job as a 'repair' and found the necessary parts from plumbing suppliers (same day!) and made their sink and shower as good as new.

Frank saved my parents over $1,800 by repairing the leaks vs. installing new fixtures, pipes, and sink and cabinet.

Frank, if you read this, I pass along my gracious thanks and appreciation for choosing to not rip apart my parent's bath because it would have been disruptive and uneccesary. I also want to thank you for your patience with my Dad's lack of hearing and confusion and my Mom's never-ending questions! If you can please my Mom, you are a saint. REALLY!

I will gladly chat with anyone who would like more information about my experience.

Awesome plumber - best find I've had! Prompt, honest, reliable - and did I mention honest? Gave me a quote that was about half of what I got elsewhere, and made a real effort to cut this down further by trying to repair the problem instead of completely replacing the part (shower). Would go back to him anytime.

I called Frank based on positive Yelp reviews, but had a completely different experience. He is a nice guy, but I'm sorry to say he is not very competent. He had difficulty figuring out which parts to use to replace part of a faucet, and I literally had to stand next to him, looking at parts and helping him in order to get the job done (and I am not particularly handy). I don't like to give a negative review, but I could not recommend him to anyone seeking a competent plumber.

Frank installed our gas dryer. He did it last minute on a weekend. He was very fair with the pricing and did great work. He took the time to explain and show me what he was doing. It was my first time using his services and I would highly recommend him to others.

Can't remember the last time I called a plumber and the plumber answered the phone himself! ! Also, he showed up and was available within a few hours after the call. He fixed a toilet leak for us and installed a garbage disposal and a new sink. He explained things to us in layman's terms and let us know the options. it was a low pressure situation and Frank was very forthright. We will probably have him back in a few months to add outside spigots this spring. A decent guy and we are happy with his work - and he chose a GREAT faucet for us! Thanks Frank! see you soon......

I'm not sure if all these reviews are authentic. We had a completely different experience with Frank. He kept complaining about his health and charged us $95 to tighten some screws and give an estimate.

Frank installed a kitchen fuaucet and repaired a toilet. Perfect.
He also took the time to look at the heating system (at no cost).
I felt comfortable with him in the property.
If you are looking for an honest, sincere and trustworthy plumber - he's yours man.
I would deifinatley call him again.
I am not sure why Candid R. wrote a review when he didn't even do work for her?
That is puzzling. She wrote a review based on an estimate only?
Anyway, my review falls in line with everyone else who has had actaully had work done by him.
He is solid plumber and a good guy.
