This is my second review for Frank Felando Plumbing. The first was 5 stars for the new bathroom we had Frank do all the plumbing. Excellent work. This week Frank took out my old water heater and the enclosure and replaced brand new. He recommended we move the heater to a better location and he installed all the code requirements. Again excellent service by Frank and his sons. I recommend Frank to my family and friends.

Frank and Tony are awesome. They're a local family business, easy to schedule, upfront & honest and reasonably priced, super knowledgeable and professional. Showed up on time as scheduled, fully masked and social distanced.

I originally used a different plumber (I wish I used Frank to begin with) to replace a shower trim in my mom's condo, but the 1st plumber accidentally ripped out the valve and had to cap the pipes so I could turn the water back on. The 1st plumber claimed he needed to break the wall to access the pipes behind the shower wall!

Luckily, my mom's HOA highly recommended Frank Felando, and he literally saved the day! Frank and Tony patiently, masterfully and methodically installed a new valve (using some serious welding skills) to repair and rebuild the valve. They did this huge job WITHOUT breaking through the shower wall! Frank and Tony are highly skilled and experienced at what they do, and so pleasant and easy to work with.

They are so thoughtful, even took time to notify the upstairs and downstairs neighbors when he shut off the main water valve, and again when it was turned back on. They even respected the very strict HOA rules regarding entrance doors.

Frank even helped install 2 grab bars (for my senior mom) for a reasonable price. After everything was done, they packed everything up and left everything neat and tidy.

I am so happy I found Frank, and I would absolutely recommend them to all my friends and family!
