Frank is an excellent plumber and has very creative solutions to complex problems. I was remodeling my bathroom to be completely in tile. My bathtub / shower was very old, stained, chipped and just needed to be replaced. After some extensive research on tubs a porcelain, cast iron tub was the best choice. Such a tub weighs upward of 350 pounds so it is more than for one person. When we removed the old tub we found the floor joists were in the wrong place to give proper support. Frank used some very clever techniques for us to get the new tub into place! He made additional suggestions too numerous to list and the result was great! I thought the price was very fair and I was happy A few days later he sent me a refund check as he felt the original estimate was too high! When is the last time someone did this for you? such honesty and integrity is very rare in this day and age!

Frank was recommended to be by a friend. I liked him the minute I saw him. He just has an easy going air about him. His work was excellent and his rates very fair. He always showed up on time and got a lot done everyday. He is a skilled plumber and a good man besides. I will use him again and again. I would recommend him to my Mom.

My hot water heater was only 5yrs old but I kept running out of hot water. I knew it was too new to need replacing but every plumber I called tried to sell me a new heater. When I called, Frank was honest, told me the heater should last much longer and told me probably only the internal heating elements needed changing. He only had to replace one of the two elements.

Frank had been recommended to me by a friend and I consider myself lucky to now know about him. He showed up on time, did clean, conscientious work and even showed me how to adjust the temp on the heater and how to drain the heater as a part of its maintenance. No scary tactics, no trying to talk me out of doing it myself because I'm a woman, no taking advantage to sell me things I didn't need. He was honest, straightforward and didn't try to BS me. I now have a great plumber to go with a great electrician, a great drywaller and a great tile setter. If I ever need to build a house, I'll be set!
