I don't know much about their work but customer service is bad.I went there twice last week to leave my information to get a quote on a job I needed done.When I went back the second time I talked to the same guy as the first time and he said he'd left my info on his brothers desk but it wasn't there so he put my second set of info on his desk.As I was leaving he said his brother was turkey hunting.What that has to do with me or the rest of the business is beyond me.Apparently when he turkey hunts no one else is capable of picking up a phone.This is why local businesses lose to bigger one's because of poor customer service.
