absolutely terrible. will never call or refer anyone to this company ever!!! called for an emergency my shower was leaking and coming through my drywall. plumber came out (lee) and looked at the issue. determined it was my shower drain and they would have to cut dry wall. it would take 4-6 hours to complete the repair at 150.00 bucks an hour plus parts. he left i called another plumber to have a second opinion. he came the next day and determined the same problem (lee) did and told ne it was the o-ring on my compression no caulk drain. plumber ran to his truck grabbed at 1.99 2""o-ring and installed. leak fixed was in and out in less then 30 min charged me 65 bucks for his time and left. no that's more like it. total rip off trying to take advantage of people that know nothing about plumbing. absolutely horrible!!!!

Talk about over deliver. These guys are better than their promises. I expected down time, but they started early enough so as to not impact the businesses in the building. Thank you! Bryan Bonetti you are a rock star!

Been trying to get this company to do some work, which they said was no problem. For almost two weeks, I have been tossed around to Lisa, Cullen and Brian. Each time was told that someone would contact me before the end of the day. Have not received one call back. I guess they are too busy and don't want any more work. I wish they would have just told me that to begin with. On to the next ! Frustrating !!!

Called around 9:00 regarding a non-emergency leaking plumbing fixture. They had a guy at the house by 10:30, and it was fixed by 11:30. They not only repaired the leak I called about, but also repaired an issue in the fixture valve that was a problem in the making.

Had all the parts with them, efficient computerized billing, clean, polite/friendly....and the bill seemed quite reasonable... would have taken me more in time to round up the necessary parts.

My family and I have used Bonetti's services over the years and always are well taken care of. The folks are always knowledgable and patient, willing to explain the services and repairs needed. We've never felt concerned about being swindled or mistreated. When you're in a pinch and need to be taken care of fast, these guys get the job done with integrity.

We had a problem with a shower mixer in one of our apartments. Frank Bonetti Plumbing came out, told me that the mixer was obsolete, impossible to get parts for, and they would have to tear out the tile. I reluctantly OK'd the work. Well, they did some research and discovered that the problem WAS fixable after all, and they did it much cheaper than a tile job.

No need to doubt than trust the review first. It simply is an opinion which the business owner does not need to agree. The service was done on property in Eastbay. There were multiple invoices, close to thousand dollars in total, charged to a job site to re-lit/fix Water heater which could be done more economically, efficiently and in more professional way.

Terrible plumber. Unprofessional. Rude. Late. Time-waster. Disrespectful. Challenged us disputing problem to begin with. This was a followup to a previous visit from one of their other plumbers who did not do a thorough job. Stormed out, and wrote up an offensive report. This was a followup. We thought we wouldn't be billed, but got billed anyway.

We would never use them again, and can't recommend them. It was a terrible experience.
