We have a 60-unit condominium complex here in Concord, Ca. Bonetti Plumbing is our ""go-to"" company, proving themselves time and time again to be a professionally reputable company. Their experienced plumbers have never let us down, in the remediation of all of our plumbing needs. i would like to take this opportunity to present a special ""shout-out"" to Bonetti's very capable plumber Brian S. for executing such a capable job on our just past plumbing project.

Would give them a 0 as that's what the deserve. Came to inspect our bathtub for leaks, didn't even fully walk in the bathroom to inspect and said they need to order a part and come back. Charged us and we paid. Another plumber came back and said th either plumber must not have even looked at our tub and he can't do repair and left. Then got stuck with a bill double the amount as the original. Keep calling and leaving messages and no one returns my calls but keep billing us for no work performed.

We live in a 4th floor, and our kitchen sink couldn't drain water. It was a nightmare. Two other companies (Diablo and Plumbing Care) came over. They made a mess, charged a lot and didn't fix anything. Imagine 4 floors with no clue as tu where the clog was. Well, Bryan, from Bonetti, came over, and he stood here, helping us, until he found the clog. I'm sorry, but there's only one plumber we can recommend from here on. You guys rock!

Bonetti's came to my business to fix a toilet.

First, the employee was unprofessional. He had a difficult time with a stripped valve, and in his efforts, swore every five seconds. If it were just me there, fine; I'm a big boy, but there were children present who clearly heard it (my business is a martial arts studio).

Second, he left the bathroom a mess. There was grease (or whatever it was) all over the floor and toilet when he left.

Lastly, he simply didn't do the job. I noticed immediately how the handle was loose, and was positioned in such a way where you could only flush the toilet if the top was off. I was able to fix that myself, but then it started leaking. When I contacted Bonetti, their offer was to charge me again to come out.

I can understand one bad employee or one bad experience. It happens. But when a company doesn't stand by their work, that's a HUGE red flag.

My husband and I are undergoing a kitchen renovation and were in desperate need of a plumber to move a [hidden] vent inside our wall so our countertops could be installed as scheduled. He reached out to Bonetti and received the following reply by mistake: ""please call this guy and tell him we can't come out until middle or late next week"" because ""I really don't want to do this work."" Highly unprofessional. If this is what goes on behind the scenes of this company, I can only imagine what type of work they do. We ended up paying a lovely plumber $180 for 20 minutes of his time. Save your money for someone that cares about their customers.

I am a board member in Walnut Creek for San Miguel Plaza which is a condo complex. I highly recommend them. They are always there for us when we call for service, very courteous to customers and their technicians are very knowledgeable.

Very professional company, mostly does commercial. We've worked with them on a number of job and they know what they are doing. There hourly charge reflects their experience and the last thing you want to do is skimp on your plumber!

I'm on the HOA board for my community and I have family with a plumbing engineering background (I am also an engineer myself but in a different field). I hired Bonetti first for a personal task (several items) to see how they perform their work, and they did a good and professional job on the routine plumbing request and had reasonable charges in line with others in the industry.

Afterward, I petitioned them to find a cost-effective solution for a complex water shut-off issue for the board. Of all the vendors, Dan Bonetti had the most professional and well-thought out elegant solution for our board. He understood the problem right away (missing DHRs) and made several trips to our community to analyze the details to find a working solution (all complimentary! since we hadn't signed a work order with them yet), and kept clear communication throughout. He was also one of few vendors that was willing to provide a full solution, including updated water shut-off valve maps so we could provide the homeowners updates for their manuals, and clear labels on the new valves.

Our board also used them for hydrojetting services when we felt that they earned our trust and they did an excellent job with that.

I will personally use their services again and I wholeheartedly recommend them for your plumbing needs as well.

I had 3 separate plumbing issues. I wasn't sure I would have enough money to fix all three, so we started with the toilet. That was a relatively easy fix. Went on to get my tub draining. Next fixed the kitchen sink.
It's $179 minimum for 1 hour of work. He fixed all in under an hour!
I went from having no usable toilet, no draining shower/tub, and a clogged sink to everything working again! These were 3 separate issues that happened all at once.
He was polite, friendly, professional... just great!

I have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Their policy of overcharging and then never returning phone calls when the transaction is disputed has to stop. The ""I put a note on the service manager's desk"" is a crock. Either notes are never written or it's their unwritten policy to simply chuck the note in the trash. Since making my report to the BBB, their business rating went from an A+ to a B-.
