Can't recommend this company for sewer lateral inspections. They were difficult to schedule, and when they finally made it out they didn't get the report and video to me for over a month. My dad is in the plumbing business, and he told me that the report they sent was completely unacceptable by industry standards - it was just a few sentences. They also sent a video, which initially was a blank CD - so I had to ask for it again. I sent it to my dad, who recommended I get a roto-rooter (which costs about $150), but this company recommended a full sewer line replacement ($5000-6000).

I have used Frank Bonetti Plumbing several times now, for many different projects, and they are consistently easy to schedule and they do great work - everything from clearing drain pipes and a jammed toilet (be careful what gets flushed! - but hey, kids live here) to installing a new garbage disposal and new faucets to replacing valves. With the (outdoor) drain pipe clearing, in particular, they came prepared with the right equipment, two guys and a large rig designed just for that kind of thing - in the middle of a rainstorm no less. They really cover the range.

Fixed my problem with hot water pressure in 20 minutes. If I have a problem with plumbing I will call this company. Other plumbers wanted to change showers for $1575 or replace my new water heater for another brand for $1870.

These guys were great. From the person I spoke with on the phone, to the person who came to give us an estimate, to the person who did the work (Manny) - they all were very friendly, courteous, and prompt. We had the main water shut off valve replaced and also had a pressure reducer valve installed. Manny did a great job and I will definitely call them again the next time we need a plumber.

they are great! Very helpful, professional, and solved the problem with my sink quickly and exceeded my expectations!

BIGGEST RIP OFF ARTISTS IN THE EAST BAY. We had these guys out to fix a water main come to find out they were using old parts that looked like they had spray painted them to look like they were new not only that but there guys are very rude I think his name was Lee this thinks he's gods gift to plumbing then when I got the bill they had over charged me by at least 300.55.I would avoid using this company at all costs we would use above all plumbing for out plumbing needs

I love Frank Bonetti plumbing! They have done three separate jobs for me, and all were done well and the cost was less than expected. Talk to Lisa Hooper and she will take good care of you.

I called Bonetti Plumbing when my sewer was backing up in front of my house. They had a tech show up very fast and had the problem solved in about no time. Their tech also checked out some of my other smaller issues in the house and gave me some good tips. Would recommend them to anyone.

Bonetti was the third plumber I had out to fix my toilet flushing problem. After several attempts at diagnosing the problem Lee the plumber correctly determined the problem and made the repair at minimal expense. While we had discussed having a new toilet installed the repair was sufficient. Lee was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I'd be happy to do business with Frank Bonetti Plumbing again. Four stars only because this is my first time using them. Would be five stars if I'd used them more than once with similar service. BTW, we still have flushing problems, sounds like a new toilet and drain pipe inspection are next on the list.

They overcharged us more than 100% (that is, they charged more than twice what the parts really cost at retail) for parts used, even compared to the retail prices at (relatively expensive) local hardware store. We raised the issue at the office, and the company's management refused any kind of refund.
Go elsewhere, there are plenty of very good plumbers out there who will not do this.
