It took a little while for them to return my calls, however, once we connected and secured a date for service I was extremely pleased. I needed someone to connect our portable fire pit to our existing natural gas line. This way I did not need to constantly refill propane tanks. Mario was my service technician and he was very knowledgeable, polite and went the extra mile to make sure the project was completed to my satisfaction. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for someone to complete any plumbing project.

I used to have a ""go to"" plumber over the years for my home and rental property. Past few instances they were doing crappy work and overcharged (in my opinion) so I told my self it's time for a change. After years of using the same service and without any good referrals, finding the right plumber can be stressful. After reading all these reviews online my gut told me to go with Franco's Plumbing and Heating. A call was made to service my rental property and Mario was the technician that was called upon to service the house. Tenants were reporting that water started leaking under the sink originating from what we thought was some kind of release valve for excess water. Apparently, what I thought was a ""release valve"" was actually called an air gap and that air was only supposed to escape from this and not water. Long story short, the lines were so clogged with debris that water could no longer evacuate its way out properly so it started coming out via the air gap which also was not properly secured as it was missing a piece that was supposed to hold it in place. Due to this, water started seeping through the gaps which created a small pool underneath the sink. ""Super"" Mario (and I mean that) handled the situation and explained the causes that led to this. He serviced the air gap, connective valves and other underneath areas of the sink. This guy clearly loves what he does and was enthusiastic throughout the process. He also took the time to explain things to look out for in the future. In my opinion, I got real value from this service and will not think twice to give my business again. Super amazing! I called Monday morning and they returned my phone call super quick and got me in on the same day! Mario was the contractor that helped us out. He was friendly, thorough and informative. We just bought a gas dryer from Lowe's and their installers did a horrible job installing it, so I called Franco's and they did an amazing job and fixed all the mistakes the previous person had made. Call Franco's for all of you appliance installation needs they are honest and amazing people. I will definitely call them again for any other job I need 10/10!

As a single female home owner, I am always so cautious about hiring any company for my home projects. Every single person I spoke with at Franco's was AMAZING. Crystal in the office is a rock star, Charlie was fabulous with my questions. Had an AWESOME technician out within 2 hours. Even had a second project that wasn't a crisis or scheduled, Mario got the ok to do that while he was already here!!! Pricing is beyond reasonable. One word about the ENTIRE experience is EXCEPTIONAL!!! What a blessing to have found such an outstanding group of people. Thank you all for the incredible experience!

We really didnt know who to call when we noticed our problem .we went on line an started reading all the reviews that had been posted on several companys. Then we came apon you guys .made the discussion to go with you .they were here within the hour found the problem an resolved it quick. An also looked at another isue for me as well . My sprinklers next to my house were leaking for a couple of weeks. I was not home and my significant other helped the employee/owner. They left a mess by the street. Employee/owner could not fix issue had to get his ex father in law and he took care of the issue. This type of customer service was unprofessional and lacking to say the least. This nightmare took place in September, 2019. Yes, I have the receipt etc..
