Super amazing! I called Monday morning and they returned my phone call super quick and got me in on the same day! Mario was the contractor that helped us out. He was friendly, thorough and informative. We just bought a gas dryer from Lowe's and their installers did a horrible job installing it, so I called Franco's and they did an amazing job and fixed all the mistakes the previous person had made. Call Franco's for all of you appliance installation needs they are honest and amazing people. I will definitely call them again for any other job I need 10/10!

As a single female home owner, I am always so cautious about hiring any company for my home projects. Every single person I spoke with at Franco's was AMAZING. Crystal in the office is a rock star, Charlie was fabulous with my questions. Had an AWESOME technician out within 2 hours. Even had a second project that wasn't a crisis or scheduled, Mario got the ok to do that while he was already here!!! Pricing is beyond reasonable. One word about the ENTIRE experience is EXCEPTIONAL!!! What a blessing to have found such an outstanding group of people. Thank you all for the incredible experience!

We really didnt know who to call when we noticed our problem .we went on line an started reading all the reviews that had been posted on several companys. My sprinklers next to my house were leaking for a couple of weeks. I was not home and my significant other helped the employee/owner. They left a mess by the street. Employee/owner could not fix issue had to get his ex father in law and he took care of the issue. This type of customer service was unprofessional and lacking to say the least. This nightmare took place in September, 2019. Yes, I have the receipt etc..
