My sprinklers next to my house were leaking for a couple of weeks. I was not home and my significant other helped the employee/owner. They left a mess by the street. Employee/owner could not fix issue had to get his ex father in law and he took care of the issue. This type of customer service was unprofessional and lacking to say the least. Our tank water heater went out on Friday night. We called around and was unable to get anyone to come out over the weekend without an emergency service charge and still had to wait until Monday to install the unit. Come Monday, we called a company we had used during my company's office renovation and he referred us to Franco's Plumbing. I texted him at 7pm Monday night confirming the job and he was there the next day at 11am installing the unit.
