Francisco is of the highest integrity. I trust him implicitly and he is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable plumbers I have ever used. He does outstanding work. Recently, when I needed him in an emergency and he was out of town, he nonetheless responded, referring me to another plumber, Will Thiede, whom I was delighted to find exhibited the same high level of integrity and took care of a very messy problem - a water heater that had gone out on our rental, leaving our tenant without hot water. I spent a week troubleshooting the problem with the water heater manufacturer and repeatedly ordering parts to fix the problem, only to find they did not fix it. Will came to the rescue, confirmed that the old water heater was burned out internally, helped me purchase a new one and install it -- only to find that it was defective! He ended up uninstalling it, took it back to return it, get a replacement water heater and then installed that one -- which finally worked. Will and Francisco are my guys -- I'll always turn to them.

I called Francisco on a Saturday for an emergency sprinkler line break. My yard wAs flooding down the driveway into the street and I couldnt get there water shut off to the house. I had called 7 ""emergency"" after hours numbers that morning and not one person called me back, except Francisco. He called back and said he'd get with his sprinkler guy right away and they'd be at my house in less than an hour. In no time at all they showed up and immediately got to work digging up the yard and replacing broken pieces of piping. They were both so polite and friendly, both incredibly professional and helpful, explained what needed to be done and how long they'd be at it. Within just a few hours my entire sprinkler system had been overhauled and fixed and they were out the door. The charge was what I'd expect on a regularly scheduled appt, so quite a good deal for a Saturday emergency call. I plan to call Francisco again in the future for all my plumbing needs. Highly recommend him and his company. Wonderful guys, thank you so much for saving my yard and water bill!!!
