Professional Incompetence! Not recommended. He came through our home warranty. We paid him separately to remove and replace a toilet. He snaked the wrong toilet which was downstairs. Still had problem and came back but said there was nothing wrong. Finally all three toilets were blocked up. Wouldn't return calls after five days when we finally hired another plumber who found the blockage which was located by an upstairs toilet. Then they call to sell us a new toilet for the downstairs. Maybe they could have gotten it right the first time.

I Do not recommend these guys. We hired them for a pretty big job, and not only did they have to come back out a few months later to fix a leak in one of the pipes they were supposed to fix, but another contractor we hired said they disconnected our dryer vent, causing lint to go throughout the inside of the walls every time we use the dryer. When we called them to see if they could fix it (not even asking them to do it for free) we just expected them to at least cut the cost down for us considering they caused it, they wouldn't. Instead they said they would only fix it for ""free"" IF we had them install a new water heater & they still wouldn't replace the dry wall afterwards. What kind of a deal is that for something you caused?! 100% going with another contractor & it's a good thing since I keep seeing bad reviews about them now. Lesson learned, do not use these people.

Horrible customer service, both Beth and Sandy refuse to listen and discuss matters politely. In addition was told no permits are needed to install a water heater, but when I called the local township I was told a permit is 100% needed. When confronted, I was told ""we install new water heaters all the time and NEVER need a permit"". Overall very difficult to work with.
