I'm satisfied with the resulting plumbing work, but not with how it came about. There was a lot of miscommunication between the plumbers -- who defer to the office or the boss for details about the work & pricing -- and mostly vague information to me about what was going on. It took several days to get a quote for the work to be done, when the plumber told me it would be a few hours.

Meanwhile, the carpeting is soaking wet & seeping throughout the room. To be fair, the appliances were about 25 years old and the bathroom fixtures older than that. So it was a tough 8-hours for the two guys doing the job. I appreciate their efforts but then after that 8-hour day, the washing machine still leaked! WHAT!?

I left an early morning message on a Friday and didn't hear back until the following Tuesday afternoon = WHAT! Again? The floor is still wet and thankfully my carpet cleaner guy (Brodine) answers his phone and came right over with big fans and a dehumidifier.

Everybody says ""Call Lalo"" (the boss) for any pricing or explanations. But he doesn't answer his phone and the voicemail is always full. The only time I actually talked to him was when they were first going to come & take a look at the site. I left another appointment early to their no-show. I had to call them twice to find out they were delayed on another job and would be at least another hour late. I know things happen, but how about a call to let me know?

A second plumber finally came to fix the leaking rusty drain pipe from the washer. Why didn't the first guy do that? The second pass was another 3-hours and no one gave me a price quote. ""Call Lalo"" he says... no answer, no voicemail. But a big second invoice came in the mail.

Everyone is quite nice but no one seems to know what's going on between all the people in the office and the plumbers. I cannot recommend Fragoso, especially for an emergency situation, because of the slow response time and inadequate communication before & during the job.

I do however recommend ""Brodine Steam Cleaning"" for carpet cleaning and ""Do It Right by Antonio"", who came through at the last minute for unexpected drywall repair after major movement of washer hose connections. Both of these guys answered my calls for help right away and communicated clearly throughout the work being done.

Lalo and the guys at Fragoso Plumbing are my go-to for any plumbing issues. Super responsive and accommodating with fair pricing. One example, I had a massive kitchen sink clog Thanksgiving night and Lalo was there the next day to fix it...even though it was a holiday weekend. I would highly recommend them!

Owners Lalo and Juan Fragoso are exceptional in their customer service. They saved me time and money by informing and guiding me through my plumbing issues. Unfortunately my experience with this company was disappointing to say the least. The initial contact went well. I explained I had a garbage disposal that wasn't working and arranged for Lalo (as another reviewer stated I'm not sure of the correct spelling) to come out. He did so promptly and tried to unblock the disposal without success because the problem had gone on for too long. He said I would need a new one which I agreed to and he promised to return the next day around the same time of 7:30am. The following day came and went and he never showed nor did I get a call explaining why. I left a message saying since he had not bothered to call or show up, I would find another plumber. I found Moreno Plumbing also here on Yelp and I couldn't have been happier with their expertise, customer service and professionalism.

Very nice guy, professional and honest. He was also quick to respond. I called him to look into my laundry room because Best Buy installers are giving me headaches hooking up my washer and dryer. Lalo (I hope I got his name right) came, figured out what to do, and got it done right away! All in less than an hour. And the cost was very fair considering it was an urgent call. I called him again for another issue in the same room, and he was able to come up with a solution at a very fair price. He was even willing to work with me on a weekend when it was supposed to be his rest day. I am so glad to find a trust worthy plumber. I will be a customer for life and will definitely refer him to friends! :)

I called these guys to clear a patio drain line. They charged less than I've paid in the past, and didn't jack up the rate when things were more complex than expected. At my request they used a camera to diagnose the problem, and did not pressure me to get additional work done despite having the legitimate opportunity to do so. I'll call them again next time I need a plumber.

I only have good experiences with those guys. Not like the typical plumbers that want to take your money. On top of it, they are quick to respond to you and they are good! 5 star for me too.
