Unfortunately my experience with this company was disappointing to say the least. The initial contact went well. I explained I had a garbage disposal that wasn't working and arranged for Lalo (as another reviewer stated I'm not sure of the correct spelling) to come out. He did so promptly and tried to unblock the disposal without success because the problem had gone on for too long. He said I would need a new one which I agreed to and he promised to return the next day around the same time of 7:30am. The following day came and went and he never showed nor did I get a call explaining why. I left a message saying since he had not bothered to call or show up, I would find another plumber. I found Moreno Plumbing also here on Yelp and I couldn't have been happier with their expertise, customer service and professionalism.

Very nice guy, professional and honest. He was also quick to respond. I called him to look into my laundry room because Best Buy installers are giving me headaches hooking up my washer and dryer. Lalo (I hope I got his name right) came, figured out what to do, and got it done right away! All in less than an hour. And the cost was very fair considering it was an urgent call. I called him again for another issue in the same room, and he was able to come up with a solution at a very fair price. He was even willing to work with me on a weekend when it was supposed to be his rest day. I am so glad to find a trust worthy plumber. I will be a customer for life and will definitely refer him to friends! :)

I called these guys to clear a patio drain line. They charged less than I've paid in the past, and didn't jack up the rate when things were more complex than expected. At my request they used a camera to diagnose the problem, and did not pressure me to get additional work done despite having the legitimate opportunity to do so. I'll call them again next time I need a plumber.

My problem always has been roots inside the main sewer line. Every year pretty much, I would call the plumber, pay the $100.00 dollars and be done with it. After the 3rd year, some of the companies mentioned recommended hydro jetting, the easy way out for them at $1980.66 per Mike Diamond, To add a new clean out would be: $2220.00 by the same company. Rescue Rooter was along the same lines. Money, money, money
My friend Joel, recommended Juan, the company owner of Fragoso plumbing and rooter service (310-505-3638), by now I was growing desperate. Three of the major plumbing companies out here were already in my home just trying to squeeze every penny out of me, recommending stuff I didn't need. He came to see if he could really help, which he did, he found the clean out pipe buried under ground to my great satisfaction. Everybody wanted to charge an arm and a leg. I found Juan to be honest and a hard working man who took good care of my family and me. He will be my plumber for life. Compared to the other companies out here he is very, very fair, honest and professional. I will always recommend him.
