I began my search for a local plumber to change out my water heater. I looked on HomeAdvisor and sent my specifications and needs to a couple of plumbers. FPS was not one whom I sent the specifications. I was only contacting 3 at a time to control the communications. Dustin from FPS saw my posting and CALLED me. Dustin was the only plumber who called me on the phone and answered all my question. Everyone else was sending text and email messages, thus making it harder to compare services and prices. I chose Dustin of FPS Plumbing because he made my decision making EASY.

Dustin came out and did an excellent job of changing out my water heater. The whole time he was here, my wife and I talked to him. We got a very good insight into his experience and character. We would RECCOMEND FPS PLUMBING without exception!

So my home insurance company works with this vendor. The owner of the company came and just saw that our toilet and the shower handle has to be re-place and he said he will give our insurance the quote but didn't say what was going be done. After a week of waiting, my husband called our insurance and they said the owner wanted to break the wall to replace the handle and it was going to cost us about 190.00 out-of-pocket. My husband disagree because if he would break the wall, that means we would have to pay out-of-pocket to fix it plus this is only a shower handle. There's no leak in our wall. We are so upset that this ""owner"" thought he can billed our insurance company more money. Now in days its hard to get honest people. He definitely wanted to screw us. Now if we want a second opinion, we would have pay out-of-pocket because our insurance company doesn't want to cover it.

Dustin Ferguson from FPS Plumbing came to my house right on the appointment time to fix one of my toilets that was leaking water out of the toilet tank into the toilet, about every 10 minutes. The toilet would turn itself on to refresh more water into the toilet tank. The toilet tank valve needed to be replaced, and within 20 minutes Dustin was able to take out the old toilet valve, and totally replaced it, with a new one. He also snaked the toilet, so it would have no problems sucking down any items in the toilet very quickly. Dustin has a very relaxing and professional personality and double-checks everything to make sure it's perfect. Dustin has a very nice FPS Plumbing truck, and I love the FPS Plumbing Logo on the truck. If I have any Plumbing problems in the future, I will definitely call to bring FPS Plumbing to my house again. Dustin is very trustworthy and answers all of your questions while he's working. For the second time, we had a pinpoint leak in the cold water pipe in our laundry room. Our home warranty company contacted Dustin at FPS. He got back to us, arranged a time and showed up on time. He was courteous, professional and very reassuring. He evaluated the situation, determined the problem, and repaired the leak immediately. We recognize that it's a challenging time to do business, and customer service has certainly taken a hit. Dustin restored our faith!!

Had a great experience with Dustin. On Christmas we blocked up our kitchen sink garbage disposal so I reached out to him and he was the only plumber who was able to come the very next day. He arrived on time and got the job done in about 45 mins. He was pleasant to deal with and the total cost was less than what he quoted. I would contact him in the future for our plumbing needs.
