Horrible service. They completely replaced two toilets, and we have had nothing but issues. The service guys have came out multiple times to """"fix"""" the problem, with zip ties... Still having issues. We are EXTREMELY unhappy with their customer service and their product.

It pays to deal with a professional large company. The service guys were professional, attentive and patient. Being in an older building the old unit was too large for removal at first. With perseverance and skill the job was accomplished without excessive struggle. These guys are tops. The do what's right and appropriate and are quite pleasant. A supervisor stayed until the job was completed successfully.

I've been fooled. I've been using their maintenance service for a couple of years. The last few times they told us we needed a new AC unit.... my reply """"ok, leave your prices."""" Well this last time the man told us we had a bad unit, MOLD growth, and various other things that were extremely concerning. We panicked! We were ready to buy the 12,000 dollar unit they were trying to sell. My gut told me we needed a second opinion. I made a few calls and asked around and contacted another AC company to get a 2nd opinion. They found zero mold in the unit, only typical dirt and organic growth which is totally normal. I was so upset. I do not trust this company at all, they are seriously out to get your money. I canceled the membership today

I called Jupiter Tequesta at 10:05 pm because our AC was not working. They answer the phone """"How can I make your day better?"""" They immediately dispatched a repairman. He was courteous and went right to work. He arrived at 10:45 pm and we had cool air again at 12:02 am. ! One of the best service providers I have ever worked with!

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Too many plumbing/ac companies out there to chose from to have to tolerate that kind of behavior BEFORE they get your money. I can't imagine the treatment, or lack of, that you would receive after they have payment.

There A/C system has been the worst, i paid over 7000.00 for new system to be installed and it has been the worst, installed wrong 3 times and keeps breaking down, my other system was 20 years and was working perfect just wanted to get a new one should have stayed with old one. And now they are still charging me for monthly service and i cancelled 2 months ago.
