Emailed for water heater estimate on Sunday evening and got reply back. Same evening. Called them Monday morning and had someone there before 9am. Very professional and friendly service not to mention the lowest priced. Definitely recommend to anyone and would be first call in future.

I had a clogged toilet, too many wet wipes, wouldn't flush. The owner and another plumber came. They were very kind in person and were very nice on the phone prior to their visit to my home. They needed to use the """"auger"""" machine. They were fast, cleaned up after themselves and were far less expensive than the other local plumbers' quotes.

FPU came out to my house twice to fix a couple of leaky sinks. They responded to my request for a quote through Yelp within an hour, had a plumber out the very next day. Wade was prompt, friendly, and professional. Both jobs cost exactly what they quoted, not a penny more. I am sure their other plumbers are great, but I'll always request Wade, he is great. I'll use this company for my plumbing needs as long as I live in Lakeland.

After trying to unclog a tub, I decided to call a real pro. I looked on Yelp for reviews and I came across FPI. Not only did they get there in a few hours, but punched through the clog that was 40 feet away. I got a fair deal at a timely manner. I will be calling them for all of my plumbing issues in the future. Thanks guys

My Sump Pump had quit and another company recommended this Company. WOW! Extraordinary Customer Service I have ever received. They came out the same day and Nick explained everything throughout the whole ordeal so I could understand( in woman's terms) I can not Thank you enough Nick and Tyler for all the hard work you guys did in this heat. Highly Recommend to Everybody!!

Outstanding service and fast response! I had water coming from my first floor A/C vent. The technician Nick arrived and explained the leak came from a tub on the second floor. He tighten up some bolts on the overflow and provided some great advice all for a very low price. I will keep his phone number on my speed dial.
