04/12/2019 -- In February 2019 our furnace malfunctioned. It operated but would not heat above 55 degrees. Called Foyle Plumbing (FP). First time I ever used FP. Service person came. He changed a blown fuse. He never even inspected the inside of the furnace. He was there only a few minutes. Charged $85.00. I paid it then. The same malfunction continued. Called FP again. The same service person came (15 days later). He changed another blown fuse. Again he never inspected the inside of the furnace. Again he was there only a few minutes. He told me he did not know what the problem with the furnace was. The same malfunction continued. Charged another $85.00 by written invoice that arrived in the mail seven weeks later not showing on it the date of service. I paid it the next business day. On the second occasion I asked him to provide me with a written estimate for the cost of FP replacing the furnace with a new one. He said he would. As of seven weeks later, he has not. I then contacted a competitor HVAC contractor who provided prompt, effective service. -- Paul C. Kendallville, Indiana

Rick Weaver saved us on a Saturday. Nothing worse than losing all water pressure and finding out your constant pressure box for the well system has fried. No chance of getting one installed until at least Monday afternoon, right? Rick happened to find one on the shelf and got it installed 1 hour after the first call. Foyle Plumbing rocks!!
