Again, as I stated before, I know we agreed to the estimate. We do not dispute that. However, the estimate was a deliberate lie. We were told this was a major repair that would take several hours. The guy was there 20 minutes and half of it was the test, the ""repair"" only took 10.
They deliberately lied to us to get us to agree to a greatly overstated quote, and then take the cowardly approach to hide behind the estimate since we agreed to it, even thought it was clearly intentionally misleading. It must be nice to have zero accountability at all whatsoever. This is not an honest nor ethical company. I recommend you stay away!

Our landlord used him to replace the sump pump at our place and my husband thought he was a stand up guy. I had to call on Matt a couple of times in the past for estimates and he calls back right away - a very patient guy! I will be using him on my future plumbing needs and will recommend him to others.

Called Matt this afternoon around 5:00 with questions about a pressure tank for my well system. He not only walked me through the basics of having a well system but also helped me troubleshoot my tank issue. What a guy! Going to have him fix an issue with my water heater and will be using him in the future for all plumbing concerns. I was very selective in picking a plumber to help me deal with some basement water issues I was having about a year ago in a home I had just moved into. Matt spent a lot of time with me on the phone discussing how I could mitigate some of the issues I was having. He was extremely kind, patient, and very thorough. The first step in the process for my peace of mind was installing a sump pump system with a battery back-up. Not to mention, this system was also 100x quieter than the previous system I had (even with a quite check valve). This was very important to me considering the sump pump pit is located right below the master bedroom... not the best design by the previous homeowners. All in all, this sump pump system that was installed has performed well up to my expectations after one year, and I do not have to worry about my sump pump failing and causing water problems in the basement. I would not hesitate to use Fox Valley Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs in the future. This is your go to company for any of your plumbing needs!
