Yesterday I wrote a review and gave a 1 star because of delay in retuning my phone call. Chris did return my call and immediately set a team member out to replace my Water Heater. Installation was completed and we now have HOT water. I should have waited to write a review that's why I am rewriting a positive review today. I was worried that I would have a flood if the water heater would take a dump. Again I should have waited for Chris to call. I will now again have Fox Plumbing as my go to plumber going forward!!!

Had a rain shower head installed by fox plumbing. See attached photo which shows quality of their work. Will they come to fix it? Nope. Worst plumbing company period.

Chris Fox of FOX PLUMBING is hands down the best PLUMBING company in the nation. Chris is a gentleman and a scholar who always goes above and beyond. Honest, has 100% integrity in his DNAs, professional, knowledgeable, honest, and always goes that extra mile. Chris, I hope you remember me. Its been a while

I wouldn't recommend them to my neighbors.

Quality: I had multiple call backs for leaking pipes, incorrectly installed faucet, plumbing run in unusual ways, and most importantly they don't double check their work before they leave.

Service: They have no problem walking on your nice hardwoods with their stone encrusted boots. They lie to your face about the problem which makes the conversation difficult to correct the fault. Scheduling is difficult.

Price: They are cheap, until you factor in the extra time you'll have for callbacks and fixes.

Opinion: Check your contractor's reviews, it will save you the headache I had to deal with.

Fox Plumbing is awesome. They are very easy to work with. I needed a water heater replaced. I called Fox Plumbing and spoke with Mandy. She was able to get me a deal on a tankless water heater. I made an appointment for install. The plumber arrived on time. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional. He did an excellent job with the install. The clean up after was stellar. We called Fox Plumbing another time because we had a problem with the pipes under the kitchen sink. Chris did all new piping and we haven't had a problem since.

We saved a lot of money over the years thanks to the tankless water heater and Fox Plumbing.
